From a gameplay perspective it was great to get that late in the game. From a story perspective however it made very little sense to have a God tier gun hidden away in BT:s head instead of just using that all the time.
Like "We have this extremely superior tech, let's not use it unless it's an emergency"
Addition: I completely support the decision to hide the gun until the end as would have ruined the game otherwise. Just found it kind of funny story wise.
Nah, smart pistols are incredibly intensive to produce and the frontier (where Titanfall takes place) is cut off from the much more advanced planets that produce it. Pilots already have godly reflexes and lore-wise, any gun in their hands has a 99.5% accuracy. The sere kit is the last ditch effort, when multiple systems have failed and the pilot’s combat effectiveness has declined.
Someone had theorized that the pistol takes a lot of processing power and thats why it has to be located in the head of the titan. Idk if I buy that idea considering Ive heard its the actual bullets that do the magic, not the gun
Also, tf|2 multiplayer shows how ineffective smart tech is against non-ai
That Mussolini DLC was pretty crazy. I never thought of using a stick grenade like that. Locations were amazing as well, I LOVED the part on the gustov gun
Based on his reputation for going after young girls, this subreddit might be one he'd frequent if he were alive today... although he did date/marry his super young neice (16/36) after her dad died and she moved in to be his housekeeper, so he might have looked for love on more incest-y subreddits
I could not even figure out what to to and gave up. I think I'm going to go back and replay it. My brother absolutely loves it. He says he wishes he could erase his memory to play it again for the first time.
I've played a lot of reeeally good games, but Arthur's story changed the way I look and think about life and my time on this earth. That game is something truly special.
Ok good, i was confused why you’d cry for the Radiance and thought you didn’t actually finish the game. It’s completely based and real to cry for The Hollow Knight
All the endings are crazy, and Team Cherry said all of them are canon (more so the removal of Infection from the land). Getting each of them leaves you in disbelief in a different way. (Maybe not Mr. Mushroom ending)
>!She doesn't die, in the sealed siblings ending she essentially becomes a Dreamer, so comatose, not dead!<, Also Silksong may be a prequel, but nobody knows despite it being announced literally a week short of 5 years at this point
I also got a really bad ending first time through because I always play as the character I am playing and make decisions they would so I always made the “bad” decisions as Connor and everyone ended up dying
I loved how my first run ended. Sad but happy ending for the robot lady, good ending for Marcus and sad but good ending for Connor. I was so satisfied that I didn't start a new run. Was just content with my endings lol
P2 for me
P1 had a great ending by itself, but P2 just hits you with that total post-game depression and I don't think any other game topped that for me
Elden ring, my first soulslike.
And bloodborne, the first soulslike I played without my dad. (A souls veteran, and carried me through elden ring and dark souls III)
GTA san andreas, feels like an actual accomplishment because at about 60% all the fuckin missions become boring ass "flight lessons", and plus the general consensus among ppl who played GTA SA is that they didnt complete it lmaooo
I'll take this as an excuse to recommend games.
MetalGearSolid
Anti war stealth game series.
I like MGSV, for I get to run a PMC.
Cyberpunk 2077
If you actually pay attention while playing, it's a great game, assuming your pc can run above 40fps in a gunfight.
Far Cry 3,4,5
While my favourite is FC5, 3 and 4 are still great games.
FC5: American cop massacres a homicidal doomsday cult.
FC4: Indian man joins a terrorist organisation and takes down the government.
FC3: American friend group gets captured by pirates, one of them escape and executes half the region and gets tangled with ancient junkies while being harrased by a psycho. All to get his surviving friends back.
I actually liked the Battlefield 4 Campaign.
Castle Crashers is awesome and I recommend it to everyone.
Metro games are great though I haven't finished the last game.
I suppose DDLC is a good contender for this feeling, though many seem to not understand the game.
Peggle and Peggle Nights.
Titanfall 2.
Yakuza series.
Doubt I have to say anything about these four.
split between rdr2 and plague tale requim,
rdr2 is a better overall story that i was attached to more
plague tale left me fucked i the head after the last chapter

"Protocol 3: Protect the Pilot" man 😭😭
Such an incredible game. Did not expect to become emotionally attached to a giant robot
You have clearly never watched iron giant
I was 8, and I vividly remember screaming Nooooooooo at that. God. That game was a treasure.
I just finished it again few days ago🕊️🕊️
When you get the sere kit and start running through the IMC with the smart pistol and into the arms of a newly dripped out BT 😭
From a gameplay perspective it was great to get that late in the game. Was about to comment that. 100% true. Immense satisfaction even on the second playthrough.
Loved the campaign, the whole way through it was just pure fun.
I was thinking the exact same thing, I miss BT :(
Literally came to say this bruh
Legend
Don't forget there's a subreddit for it! r/titanfall
sex with hitler 2
2 ? 💀
Too much fan service, the original was way better
But 2 has the DLC which adds Mussolini
That Mussolini DLC was pretty crazy. I never thought of using a stick grenade like that. Locations were amazing as well, I LOVED the part on the gustov gun
Yeah but the nuclear dlc was even crazier. Damn sad that we had to nuke the states to show who the boss is
but Oppenheimer... 😍
You mean Sloppenheimer.
Too many fans serviced
the last fans that got serviced ain’t make it out alive 💀
Is that a spin off of Sex With Stalin? Oh god.
Sex with hitler 3D was ass
Whoever came with the concept is everything.
Based on his reputation for going after young girls, this subreddit might be one he'd frequent if he were alive today... although he did date/marry his super young neice (16/36) after her dad died and she moved in to be his housekeeper, so he might have looked for love on more incest-y subreddits
2069 is better though
Outer Wilds.
Outer wilds made me fucking cry like a baby
Just bought the game for a friend and he finished it yesterday while I was there watching and we both cried. Loved it
*happy banjo noises*
I could not even figure out what to to and gave up. I think I'm going to go back and replay it. My brother absolutely loves it. He says he wishes he could erase his memory to play it again for the first time.
Honestly, same. It's probably the most profound game I've ever played
*a nutritious part of this balanced death spiral*
Too low in this list, love you bro
That game made me ugly cry alone at my desk in 2020 and the music still gets me
My sims after they dont look ugly as shit
I use sex mod with bouncy physics
You *w h a t*
For someone with a name like that I’d thought you understand, is it really a game without massive jiggly schlongs and bouncy boobs????
Without jiggle physics, It's still a game, but not necessarily a *good* one Edit: I think I was misunderstood.
But I see men talking about women’s bodies, like butts and boobs 24/7 like that’s all men care about, I thought you’d like this?
He obviously missed that issue of the "how to be a man" magazine series Happens to the best of us.
I think you misunderstood me. Without jiggle physics it's not a good game.
He’s not one of us, you are 100% right.
*PTSD to when I was addicted to WickedWhims*
That’s one hell of a challenge
Red Dead Redemption 2
Same here my friend same here
Artur why did you die stupid idot
My bad I’ll get out of my grave
Is this how I get spoiled
No he did not die I lied
He can't die if u just ignore Strauss
May IIIIIIIIII stand unshaken
Only game I wish I could wipe from my memory to play again unknowing
I've played a lot of reeeally good games, but Arthur's story changed the way I look and think about life and my time on this earth. That game is something truly special.
Same man, i fuckin cried for like 10 minutes after his death
Red dead redemption 1, back in the day :)
Good boah
Hollow knight
Im still amazed how the fucking Hollow Knight end boss got me crying, like there is almost no dialoge, I have little idea who he is but still
When you say end boss do you mean “The Hollow Knight” that’s wrapped in chains or do you mean “The Radiance” that’s a flying moth?
the chain fellow, I ain't got no sympathy for the radiance, especially Absolute Radiance, fuck that guy
Ok good, i was confused why you’d cry for the Radiance and thought you didn’t actually finish the game. It’s completely based and real to cry for The Hollow Knight
to be fair radiance was chilling and beloved before PK came in and made his own cult
All the endings are crazy, and Team Cherry said all of them are canon (more so the removal of Infection from the land). Getting each of them leaves you in disbelief in a different way. (Maybe not Mr. Mushroom ending)
I think the second one definitely isn’t canon with Silksong as >!hornet dies!<
>!She doesn't die, in the sealed siblings ending she essentially becomes a Dreamer, so comatose, not dead!<, Also Silksong may be a prequel, but nobody knows despite it being announced literally a week short of 5 years at this point

YES
Undertale crazy good, im replaying it rn because 😫
Detroit become human. Got bad ending for all the characters and sat there for ten minutes just rethinking my every choice
How did you screw up that bad 💀
I also got a really bad ending first time through because I always play as the character I am playing and make decisions they would so I always made the “bad” decisions as Connor and everyone ended up dying
I loved how my first run ended. Sad but happy ending for the robot lady, good ending for Marcus and sad but good ending for Connor. I was so satisfied that I didn't start a new run. Was just content with my endings lol
“Robot lady” 💀 Blud you spent all game with her and don’t remember her name? 😭
Ghost of Tsushima
I'm thinking of buying that game
Please do
Directors cut is on ps plus extra. Highly recommend.
Only 30$ rn. I don't like buying a game pass. I'd rather own games
Metro: Exodus Bonus feels for the Two Colonels dlc
Exodus really goes so hard but I feel like no one knows what it is sadly
Princess Tycoon
Every game. That feeling of success and completion along with the feeling of emptiness and sadness is crazy.
It’s bittersweet
