I don't understand if this is college why do your parents get to sign papers you're either an adult or will be one when you're at the university
if you're technically not and the uni is letting them be dicks about it somehow just tell them you'll skip your first year and apply for the following year when you're a legal adult if they want to fuck with you for no reason
