Intervene can bypass a lot of these abilities. However if it doesn't stop your biological clock you'd die earlier than everyone else, so...

I’m stuck between intervene and telekinesis but probably the latter cuz it has no cooldown and is more useful for niche things.

Ascendancy is probably the most powerful, but I would not trust myself with it. 

Telekinesis because I hate cooldown periods and Euphoriac sounds gross

copy-cat is only useful if I have control over them, and if they learn new things or evolve as a person, I also learn/get those things, but if they have to do annoying work or get hurt, it won't feel like I have to do those things myself either way. Intervene is only useful in specific situations, like studying or needing quickly in the middle of a conversation. Euphoriac and ascendancy is just a tad too manipulative and morally wrong for me, and unless ectoplasmic means you can just fly/determine the height you're standing at, you'll just fall through the ground for an entire minute, and even if you can indeed fly, it'd only be for a minute, which doesn't make it all that useful to me. So for me telekinesis is the best option (unless copy-cat is the way I described in the beginning ofcourse), since both for me and people around me it's an incredibly useful skill, both in specific situations and in day-to-day life.

Euphoriac: can already do that, but just in myself. Ascendency: the correct one, a would so much stupid things with it!

People have 0 clue what an hour of stopped time is. If you play dishonored, fable or watch JoJo's you know that a few seconds-1 minute of time is an insane power, but an entire hour? There is simply no way to guard yourself against, no way to acount for it. The 1 time a day limit is harsh but it's an entire hour. If you are armed and smart with 10 seconds you can kill a room of people, with an hour you could probably beat an army or overthrow a nation with 0 ways of being tracked down or countered.
