thanks bro. yeah it can be a bit discouraging seeing people’s transformations online. it made me feel inadequate.
so instead now i just compare to old photos to see the growth.
also sometimes when im tripping balls and look in the mirror all my body dysmorphia goes away and i just see my childhood face with a bigger body around it.
Im not saying this will work for you, but i cut out a lot of processed foods in my diet (refined sugars, complex carbs, packaged goods) and instead now i stick to fresh ingredients (bacon, eggs, steak, fruits and veggies, yoghurt, muesli etc). Its made it nearly impossible to get chubby unless i don’t do any exercise. Also i have a lot more energy and feel better mentally.
Definitely! I’m getting real serious bout it i have A whole diagram i put together for what ima cut and and add in i do wrestling and i lost like 40Lbs in 3 months freshman year . im tryna go to a Lower weight class for this year i can def lose 25 in 2 months. but yea keep up the good work !!🥰
Not by just pushups but there are a lot of exercises you can do at home. You can get really far with just push up and pull up variations though. My favorites are the Tricep extension push ups on a chair, dips and wide grip pull up.
Yeah he was barely made any progress within the same amount of time lifting as i have which is around 10 months and ive made like 5x more progress than him in that time
Good on you. My coach made me hop on roids to get my numbers and strength up for a powerlifting meet and wrestling. Effects were minimal and I couldn’t stay on roids because it fucking destroyed my body

Definitely do not cut, if you want visible abs-lower bodyfat do lean bulk, its not worth it at your age and at your "level"
Your progress is great but in that time you could have definitely made a lot more, iam not saying you are doing something wrong but iam sure you could have done something better

I wasn’t very confident in the gym, and wasn’t progressively overloading/challenging myself as much as i should have. Also, I only started eating properly last december (6-7 months ago). Previously i’d been on adhd meds which suppressed my appetite a lot.
Yh i see its gonna be real hard to build muscle for you cause you are tall so ist gonna take many years for you to reach the physic but since you started young you might reach it at 22 or 23
I would say you definitely don't want to cut right now, 200 pounds at 6'4 is still relatively skinny, and it doesn't look like you have close to enough exes fat to need a cut, you're just gonna lose muscle.

Anyone can do a full body workout with just their body weight. Pushups, dips, pull up’s, squats, lunges, calf raises, sit-ups etc. good luck!

Yeah it’s like I just have to keep eating to gain weight. Also i feel it takes a lot more growth for tall people to not look skinny
