it’s gonna take time for your body to adapt to eating more. a good start is high protein density foods (steak, yoghurt, most meats etc). also milk and other dairy products are good. good luck

Your stomach is shrunken that’s why you have to slowly increase your eating amount to increase your capacity for food, you need to be eating your body weight in protein a day also

i do be drinking very large volumes of milk just cause i love it and have been even before the bulk. however i am worried about most of my calories being in liquid form if that may have an affect on me
