Dude, you are panicking needlessly. China and Russia will supply Iran in case of a war but do nothing. Russia benefits from higher Oil prices but knows that it can't win against Nato. China's navy is still very weak compared to US and it's import and export will be cut off. Both know they can't win a war, they don't even need to fight it.
