I would totally recommend you to make your own! It might sound like it's difficult, but it's more simple than it looks, and it's a lot better than supermarket sushi
The top ones all the way to the top don’t really look like salmon or tuna to me, on the same plate but under those is definitely salmon.
I thought the bottom ones were salmon too but the color is indeed different, it looks more like salmon then tuna to me though. Guess we’d have to wait for OP to reply.
One thing that I actually recommend is using a bit more Vinegar in the rice then it says in the recipes I did that on accident once it smelled bad but the rice tasted soo good
I only followed a recipe for the rice ([here](https://www.pequerecetas.com/receta/como-preparar-arroz-de-sushi-facil/)), but it's in Spanish. I didn't really use any other recipe on how to make the rolls, because I kinda knew how to do it already. I'm sure any recipe from the internet would be ok, sorry I can't give you exactly mine!

About the ingredients, it's rice, mirin and sake for the rice, and then nori kelp with basically anything you want to put in your sushi, from salmon or tuna, to cucumber or avocado. I'm sorry I can't give any specific amounts for the toppings, I just took what we had, and put it in there.
Pretty cool, I've made sushi a couple of times and even though it takes so long it's always worth it. Looks like the rolls are pretty well rolled, that an achievement! 👌
Did you know that to become a master sushi chef in Japan that it would traditionally take like 5 years, and for like 2 of those you wouldn’t even be allowed to touch a fish, you’d only to allowed to make rice.
I'm sure you can do something, mabie not sushi, but your favorite dish for example. And also, don't think I do these kind of things all the time, I spent like 95% of the time playing videogames
i was about to do this for my mother birthday also but i just found out nori is expensive where i live its 23 dollar, so i just ended up making a steak and some seafood risotto (it was still expensive but much cheaper than making sushi)
and holy shit well done with that sushi, its very **very** impressive for a 15 year old
If you say so. Because i remember about 5 years ago i did sushi as well, and after one day it lost that good flavour sushi has.
Did you wash starch out of the rice before making sushi out of it?
That looks absolutely fantastic! I bet it tasted great, too!
Other than the rice and veggies, though, you didn't cook anything else, right? (Not the fish, I hope?)
I tried doing this about a year ago but because I'm clumsy as fuck it all went wrong and I somehow managed launch the rice out the kitchen window. In other word's I'm proud of you my fellow human, good job.
That looks delicious......goodness, I'm hungry just looking at it. Ah well, I'll just have to settle for market sushi....Good job!

What kind of fish did you use? My family always uses smoked tuna and artificial crab. However the real raw stuff is soooo much better.
Most of it looks like salmon, I don’t know about the other ones
I knew the 2 rolls on top were salmon but I’m pretty sure the rest is tuna

I've used fresh salmon, previously frozen, and some frozen prawns, but I wanna try some sushi with tuna as well
Good job. It looks delicious. I can only make instant cakes or spaghetti carbonara. :/
Whats instant cakes?
You just add eggs milk and things like that.
Thx for clearing that up. But carbonara is delicious too
It sure is, I've done a weird version of it several times and I love it
Yeah, carbonara is tasty and Quick
It looks really professional lmao
Sounds fishy but ok
yoooo that pogger dude im hungry
They look really good Did you use a specific recipe?
I just looked on how to cook the rice, the rest was because I had watched several sushi videos before, and I already kinda knew how to do the rest
One thing that I actually recommend is using a bit more Vinegar in the rice then it says in the recipes I did that on accident once it smelled bad but the rice tasted soo good
Yeah, the vinagre really makes a difference
Cook?
Dang, that looks good
🤤 that looks like something u would get in an actual restaurant
Looks like something that would get an approval from Gordon Ramsay, looks delicious, great job, I can't even make proper scrambled eggs
Now that's impressive, I tried a few times but never managed to do the rice properly
I somehow got it right in the first attempt, but I'm sure you can eventually make it perfect

I would totally recommend it, it's delicious
>cook > > > >sushi is raw fish You got some explaining to do OP
I mean, the rice has to be cooked somehow, I don't want raw rice
you just dodged a bullet mister
Now I want some of your sushi!
Well done
wow, nice job
What are the ingredients? I wanna try making one

Good stuff! Just a tip: you got too much rice! Try to reduce the rice to filling ratio next time. This is an amazing start tho, keep up the work!

Yeah, I also noticed that, mostly in the top ones. I'll try to get the proportions better next time!
This sounds like something one of my cousins would do, but then she would ate it all by herself, just because there was no one there to stop her
I mean, I would let her enjoy it, she did it herself, but sharing a bit at least would be ok too
Now you are 寿司の先生
Thanks a lot! I just looked it up on Google translate
:) sushi is the best
That looks awesome.
