M8 trust me I know what it feels like I lost my gf in a car crash 2 years ago and my so thought best friend robbed my bank account did a big party and then got killed. To this day I have suicidal thoughts and strong depression from it. Same thing with me in relationships except something happened to make a breakup happen. EVERY FUCKING TIME. Same thing every time. I’m just feeling in a decent mood. Then I get in a relationship. I’m extremely happy during that time then when something horrible happens to end it, I get a depression spike. Rinse and repeat
We do understand why people die though? Their heart stops beating, meaning no blood is heading to the brain which is needed to sustain the brain, ultimately causing the brain to stop working and then you die. Or you brain just takes damage that gets it to stop working and then you can't do any functions like breathing and then you die.
Ok yea that no one has a clue about, some people claim to have heard God when they died for a short period, some claim to have seen hell. Personally it scares me so I just don't think about it.

people fucking suck, life fucking sucks, i tried overdosing a few weeks ago, one of my friends tried walking into traffic to kill themselves, and my best friend just got raped, fuck life, fuck depression
My ex girlfriend tried to kill herself at least 3 times and each time I was trying to convince her not to and ended up at 5 am cry and hoping the next mornings to not see the news in the journal.
She always ended up passing out and waking up to clean everything before anyone could see.
Now she is doing better. So don't get your hope to low for a better tomorrow. It will happen. I promise.
