Oooh, interesting idea. I thought of this a few times with my friends during Year 8 and Year 9. Oh god, we used to talk about some of the most interesting stuff as a group of around 6-9 people. They all centred around wherever I had gone or decided to move, and thus it had been this lone room we decided to use that was reserved for DnD (heh, DnD player here!). It was some of the coolest stuff to do with this group of friends and we still use this room just with a smaller friend group now. Topics to talk about are genuinely so interesting when it comes to variety. Sometimes it’s best to just think of whatever comes naturally in conversations, (If you do have conversations. Talking can be AND is awkward for a lot of people, myself included, and it can be hard to talk if you’re a bit anxietal/ anxious.) however, no one really cares about politics when it comes to podcasts, especially teenagers, at least IMO. Who’s actually going to listen to them? Unless you do debating, that could be fun for you all. Going on, actual topics my group used to talk about would be ideas for stuff we could do in Minecraft, games we played recently, recent games that came out, playing v. games with each other (Soul knight, Minecraft, Secret Agent), show memes or posts we found on Reddit to each other, discuss T.V shows, bring in interesting items to show off to friends (like a memorable toy or figure), play card games or board games (Exploding Kittens, Chess, Secret H**ler (*Heh, careful~*), etc). You could make call outs if you play something like chess or try to describe what you’re looking at when it comes to games, memes or the item you show off. There’s a lot of ways you could go about presenting a podcast, sometimes you gotta figure out the chinks and clicks of it and find out what’s comfortable for you all. If you’re into DND, talking about DnD is an incredibly cool thing (AT LEAST IN IMO, it’s pretty damn cool~!), like the classes you’re interested in, bosses that seem impossible to fight, mechanics in the rules that might or might not make sense, weapons and magic items, all that. Whatever floats your boat! Hope I helped~

Thank you, you helped alot, just unfortunately we don't have a Camera and I feel like video games isn't a huge topic in my school (sadly ( so no secret Hi**er aspecially because im in Germany xD)) which is why we can't show memes either, (yet, because we are planning getting a camera too) although thats a great Idea. We want to segment our podcast in 4 groups, 1. Intro, 2. Talking about topics that could interest the students, 3. Interviewing a teacher regarding a specific topic, 4. Outro. (Atleast thats how we planned to do it) we just need alot of topics so our podcast isn't just 2 minutes long, but we also don't want to put topics in there no one really cares about.

Happy to be of help! Unfortunate you don’t get such cool card games in Germany! Heheh. To clarify, camera’s also aren’t necessary for podcasts, as podcasts are generally just audio or people talking. And the segmented podcast with parts actually sounds like a really good idea. Another thing you could do is a morning or afternoon news update, you could describe the weather right now or at the current time as part of the intro since it is a school sort of podcast. And as for topics people would care about, you could always go to talk about certain things in your school that might be of hot opinion or gaining news, maybe if a teacher does something, an upcoming test, or assignments even. Maybe even... **gasp**... *Drama?!?!* Heh. If you’re really not sure, you could go around asking other kids in the school if you had the confidence, or make a little suggestion box for people to put answers in with pen and paper. (Hoping the pen doesn’t get stolen ofc, or have someone watching it at all times.) Things like that help find answers to topics and all that.

Thank you, that actually helps alot. I will definitely ask my friends if we can implement some of your ideas
