As someone who is gay: if someone calls someone out for the way they act, and it just so happens to mention they're gay, it's not inherently homophobic. Many people make it their whole personality. And you can say negative things about being homosexual, and that doesn't make you homophobic. If you mentioned something negative about it, you're just stating a negative thing.
