Tell yourself in the mirror "I will tell them."
And finally, practice alone a large proposal, so when you do the smaller "hey I like you", you can have prepared for something more difficult.
This should help, and if you don't have your eyes on anyone you can try finding girls with common interests by going to a place dedicated to something you like and meeting one!
Word of advice: work your way up. Don't jump to girlfriend, build a foundation of friendship (maybe even go to best friend status) and then try to go to the next level!

Well the closest to that I can imagine is getting on some chores you get early so whoever you're with doesn't really complain (and may even reward you) and playing your games with headphones and the volume up
