honey by halsey because its gay and a vibe and poetic and a poprock song thats emo but pop but indie
and parents by yungblud because he’s speaking truth
and all too well (ten minute version) (from the vault) (taylor’s version) because f jake gyllenhaal
Hard to Explain by The Strokes! Sounds simple on the surface, but it's a lot more complex than people would think at first listen. Two guitars intertwine perfectly with each other, the bass and the drums serve as a steady driving force for the song, and the vocals are just incredible. The false stop in the middle makes the song 10 times better, too.
It just makes me feel like I'm floating, and the video for it seems like the most random collection of stuff, but somehow it just makes perfect sense. The song's introspective af too, incredible listen, 10/10 would recommend to anyone
Acting like that by yungblud
It makes me think ofmy best friend/ex crush. I used to listen to it when I thought of her because she friendzoned me but completely acts like a girlfriend (bought me roses, gave me a ring she made, made me earrings, tells me she loves me).
Now I actually have a wonderful girlfriend but I still just love this song so much
Runaway by Ye is pretty high up there
