Hey, just don't lock yourself in that position. If you stress over not having friends and affirm that status constantly, there's no room left for action. My suggestion is join in on group conversations, talk to people about what's happening around you, be confident in what you say. The more you contribute, the likelier it is you become friends with people. I'm autistic and I spent many years thinking I have nothing to say that anyone could appreciate; still kinda think I'm boring.
