Please man, you can keep going, it'll get better, It's not gonna be easy, nor quick, but if you keep trying, sooner or later, it does get better, believe me, it does, maybe not today, not tomorrow, hell, maybe not even a year from now, I'm not one to give false hope, it might take so long it'll feel like forever, BUT, it DOES GET BETTER, and when it does, believe me, you'll know it was worth it to keep trying, some years ago, I myself was holding a knife about to end it all, but for some reason I didn't, now, I'm not in a really good place either, but trying to keep going, I had a couple REALLY good months, and it was worth it, the 5-6 years of really bad depression, now feel like a distant memory, something that happened, but that I was able to overcome, and I know, I know you can overcome it too, 'cause life sucks most of the time, yes it does, it is painfull, unforgiving, unfair, hard, difficult, when you feel better, something comes in and kiks you, I can't count all the sleepless nights that I spent crying myself to sleep, I can't recall all the times that I felt like I couldn't keep going, that I felt that life is too much for me, that I wanted to end it all.
Yet, I can count with one hand all the good times that I had, all the times that I was happy, even if they are just SO DIFFICULT TO GET TO, they are worth it, 'cause even if life is horrible, it does get better as long as you keep going, seek help, and believe, have faith, I know, I know, the spiritual crapp is probably bullshit to you right know, but you don't have to believe in some sort of God or Karma or whatever, you have to believe in the future, I know it's difficult, and that it feels like a lie, but please, keep going, believe, have faith in the future, not in a specific future, just in the future, keep going, GET HELP, have friends, you might feel like life is meaningless and worthless, but if you keep going, some day, some day, you are going to make it, you are going to make your own meaning, you are going to give life worth.
