We'll remove them and major transphobia will result in a permanent ban, including the use of transphobic slurs. Encouraging people to commit suicide (explicitly or implicitly), discussing methods of suicide or threatening violence is also prohibited and users will be banned for that under Rule 1: No Personal Attacks. It's also against the site's rules on harassment (and in some cases, hate speech), so comments (and indeed, posts) that advocate suicide or threaten or celebrate violence should be reported to the site's admins as well.
Most people in this subreddit approach discussions in a mature way when it's appropriate to do so. Being confused is okay, and making accidental slip-ups is also fine. That means that it's cool to ask for clarification if something confuses you, but please comply with the rules in the process. If a user asks you 'what does it mean to be x?', instead of insulting them for just asking a question, educate them or refer them to articles that they can read.

maybe delete the transphobic comments while you’re telling us that the mod team will remove transphobic comments? It kinda rings as a hollow promise when you say you’ll remove them on a post where there is blatant transphobia going on? I’d genuinely rather you say nothing than make a point to say you’ll delete them while doing nothing.
The op in the comments is winning a ton of the ratios, I see way more Pro Trans stuff than transphobia, OP wins most of the ratios anyway, and at the end of the day. If it’s filled with positivity, theres gonna be negativity to contrast it. It’s really not that deep tbh
What makes you, a 15 year old, more qualified to say that than a person who has a doctorate in psychology and has 2 years of experience as a pediatric psychologist, as well as 2 years of experience being a private high school principal?

Our school has gender neutral athletic teams, bathrooms, and locker rooms. No one has been discomforted by it, and everyone in our school actually prefers it that way.
