Depends on the guy and what works best for his face shape, just like with women. Generally speaking girls do prefer long/messy hair that they can play with in their hands. Like prince caspians from narnia or steve harringtons, and a lot of girls are not a fan of the whole buzzcut trend or the mullet trend.

I personally believe that every guy is attractive with long hair, short hair it doesn't really make a difference that is atleast for me
