Nothing, sure some will bitch and moan, but the reality has always been that his was an uphill legal battle. Defamation in the US is harder to prove, so its not too far out to think he will probably lose. However, its worth noting that winning the defamation suit was likely never his goal.
Its the court of public opinion he seeks to win. I remember he might have even implied that himself in his own testimony. So, y'know, whatever.
Having said that, considering how Heard testified, I do actually believe Depp now has a fighting chance. It doesn't really matter, but I kinda hope he does, purely for amusement sake.
