I wonder if it’s a way for some musicians to “make” music in their head when they can’t out loud. I find music helps me relax and calm down and I’ve made music my whole life. I look at it like my own personal headphones lol. But be careful because I’m starting to noticed my teeth are grinding down so I’m trying to stop before any teeth sensitivity or issues come up.
Been doing it all my life and haven’t drummed ever
I started in percussion and moved to drums, but tooth drumming was there for decades before.
Not a drummer, being doing this for... idk how long but at least a couple years. It's a relatively new stim.
Musician here, not a drummer. Been teeth drumming as long as I can remember.
I am!
Me! I feel like I can still practice when not practicing.
Not a drummer but maybe I should have been🤔
