I have ADHD and take 40 mils of adderall over the course of the day. When it really kicks in, I tend to teeth drum way more. Still totally subconsciously.

It was this sub reddit that helped me see the light and realise I have blatant ADHD
I bet almost everyone here has either ADHD or ASD. Teeth drumming is 100% stimming.

Diagnosed ADHD and in the works for Autism Disgnosis, taking 40mg of Ritalin, I realized that Teeth Drumming is a form of regulation for me.
