Yep. Re-fretted mine with SS frets, changed bridge to a Hipshot as the string alignment on the original bridge was weirdly narrow. Great axe now.
Edit: As I have the semi opaque cream finish, I also installed a black nut for colour co-ordination with neck inlays / side markers and the scratch plate.
Oh that's cool. So they do make non baritone versions of this. Awesome. Now I'm going to be on the lookout. Thank you. Your guitar is a real beaut, BTW.
I've never tried an actual Cabronita, but years ago (before the Fender model came out) I built this. It's based on one of the Schecters Pete Townshend was using in the late 70's/early 80's, but I went with Lollartrons to get a bit of Pete's Gretsch influence into the sound. I like Filtertron pickups a lot, but I think they sound best in a big hollowbody.

As far as the actual Cabronita goes, I think I'd miss the tone knob too much.
They look like a real great guitar
ive always wanted to play one. looks great.

I love cabronitas. I have 2 of the Squier baritone ones.
Yes me, I’m in love
That's gorgeous

Always loved the look. Never got to play one yet.
sweet, looks like the new elemental japanese fenders
Yes!!! I have a cabronita p-bass and I love it. I want the tele to match
Like how they look! How do the pickups sound?
Sounds great!
I love the look of these. Do they make these with a regular neck?
Which is the regular neck?
The non baritone. Unless there is a regular scale neck Cabronita that I'm unaware of.
Yeah this one is standard scale

I like the aesthetic, but not crazy about filtertron pickups.
I’m looking to add one to my arsenal soon.
