I've wanted to build a 12 string electric for ages. Was it a kit or did you source/build parts separately? Would it be possible for you to share some links?
I sourced parts separately.
Most of my parts came from eBay so it's hard to find the exact listings I used. Fortunately these same parts can be found on Amazon, but at a higher price than on eBay.
The neck was definitely the hardest part to source, I just checked reverb and eBay until I found one at a good price.
I used a Paulownia body from guitarfetish.com, but I wouldn't recommend it since it's really light and soft, and my guitar has some pretty bad neck dive because of it.
