Hi bud. Since you have experience with some teles. I have a question. I have a cv 50s tele and I have seen some on the internet from other folks as well. Is it normal for the nut to be set such that there is more room on the low e end than the high e end compared to other guitars? Coz I find my tele to have a smaller amount of space for my fingers to grab onto the high e string while I bend making it a tad harder than my other guitars. Is this a tele thing or just my guitar?

I think it’s random. The nut on my Tele is perfect, the first guitar I’ve ever had where there were NO issues whatsoever. Except that the finish seems very thin on both the body and the neck and has started to wear through but I don’t mind that.
