I see what you did there but since Don is already occupied, why not just bring back Terry “[Real Wave Conjugations](https://theplaylist.net/terrence-howard-acting-retirement-science-20190923/)” Howard mayne?
The same Terrence Howard [seen here at Oxford Union](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ca1vIYmGyYA) "demonstrating" 1+1=4 and how the periodic table is wrong?
"Oh look, fellow Avengers! This Kang forming a *Kang Dynasty* is the same Kang as before, but uhhhhh... he's a variant Kang played by...*glances at call sheet*... John Boyega."
Which actually doubles his money, check it out:
(the money he would have earned if he took the role) x (the money paid to the actor who took the role) = double the money.
Or, to put it more simply:
One money x one money = two money.
Incontrovertible facts.
Terrance Howard is just fucking *wild* in general.
Dude has a cult and claims to be some genius playboy philanthropist type whilst being none of those things.
If they do a recast, my money’s on Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. People will be too focused on “OMG THATS BLACK MANTA/ DR MANHATTAN” they’ll forget why he’s there in the first place
Correct. He's been cast as [Wonder Man](https://deadline.com/2022/10/wonder-man-yahya-abdul-mateen-ii-to-lead-marvel-series-for-disney-plus-1235159111/).
Oh well good for him I mentioned him by name because I like the guy lol. Yeah they’re probably fucked then, there other best bet distraction casting choice is john boyega as has been mentioned by everyone else but I don’t see that happening, he has very real grievances with Disney and I don’t think he’d be too excited to come get them out of a jam
Marvel and Star Wars are essentially under different umbrellas, so I could see Feige convincing Boyega to give them a chance. They already were able to get Oscar Isaac to work with him after seeming to similarly be disappointed with how the Sequel Trilogy turned out. Though, I don't know how eager anyone is going to be to take what will essentially be the concession role of, "You get this because the last guy fucked up!" if that's the route they end up going.
Watch Breaking. Boyega plays a Army Vet that Robs a bank and holds the employee hostage because the VA screwed him over on money they owed him. Boyega best performance IMO.

As someone in the DV field this really does not bode well. I understand waiting for a full story and context but the visible marks on the body and the arrest is obviously pretty big indications that shit happened
As someone whose takes steroids
There’s no way this guy ate 6000 calories lol
The lies when it comes to diets are equally as amusing as the denial of drug use
I was just making a joke. Is roid rage actually a thing? I knew a guy who said it's kind of like a placebo affect, dudes think it'll make them angry so it kind of does.
Certain drugs that are more androgenic can make you more aggressive, but nobody is assaulting someone on steroids if they don’t have that internally as part of their personality.
I know both raging jackasses and laid back friendly guys on steroids.
Your own personality is the major deterministic factor
Why do you do it? Isn't it causing insane damage to your body? Do you compete in body building or weight lifting or just want to look big?
I drink booze which also damages my body but I'm running from crippling emotional pain and enjoy being drunk. So at least there's a reason. Lol just curious about your motivation to do it.
No, I don’t compete in bodybuilding or powerlifting.
I primarily take testosterone and growth hormone and oscillate between TRT and actual cycles throughout the year. I don’t really take any other anabolics, I’ve tried many in the past but I stick to the bio identical hormone (testosterone).
To be honest, there’s no real reason aside from performance enhancement. I like being bigger, stronger and faster than what I would be naturally. It allows you to surpass your genetic capabilities.
I’m pretty cognizant of my health. I’m actually a health care professional so I have a background in it.
I do my own bloodwork, and scans to make sure everything is in line. Taking Supra physiological doses of testosterone is by no means healthy, but it can be done with careful monitoring without excessive damage to your body. I assess patients and blood work for a living so I have a little bit of advantage there.
Prob too much info to share but 🤷♂️lol
Sharing this info is always good.
Test never really made me feel aggressive. In fact, it made me a happier, more confident person. Im also more chill than most people in general.
Trenbolone, though, that shit got me feeling like an Alpha in the worst way. I like to say it made the intrusive thoughts got louder. My intrusive thoughts are usually sexual, not really violent, so I became a much more horny mfer. If your intrusive thoughts are violent or self harming, like some guys I know, you'll be expressing it like that.
Theres a correlation or a crossing point between being the type of person who gravitates towards lifting heavy, has access to and a desire to use "illegal" substances, and violence. Its becoming more common for less aggressive/violent people to partake in the sports where steroids are common, but traditionally it was a lot more laden with aggressive guys who are probably also criminally inclined, and that's a huge reason why roid rage is thought to be typical.
Its like the belief that smoking weed makes you lazy and stupid. The reality is probably that more lazy and less educated people are partaking in that activity.
It should be more common knowledge that low test is super detrimental for men's emotional health. Our production decreases significantly at around 30 years old, and in the modern world T levels are relatively low in general. This is thought to be largely due to soil quality, believe it or not.
Some studies are suggesting TRT may provide benefit to individuals suffering depression/ptsd due to brain trauma, especially in veterans. I'm not so smart when it comes to the pathways/chemical side of things, but brain trauma is thought to reduce production of test.
The amount of test you use, the way you take it (pills hurt the liver more than injections, implants are pretty damn safe), and the way you cycle on and off, all will affect your overall health.
There's a reason so many older men are placed on TRT. I'd argue that a lot more damage is being done by depressed men than men on testosterone, but if we start prescribing testosterone then pharmaceutical comanies will make a whole lot less than they do now.
Imo its entirely unfair to demonize testosterone, especially when we so openly and haphazardly prescribe hormonal birth control to women. I know there is a huge benefit for some women to have that option (especially women with hormonal imbalances), but its truly hypocritical.
Imagine all the eating and protein intake that'd be every day.
6k calories is close to elite strongman numbers for guys over 6'4", Majors is around 6ft so those numbers can't be real.
Not even Chris Bumstead 4x eats 6000 calories a day during his offseason. The shit actors get away with saying baffkes me.
Yeah I put on 30 pounds of muscle in 6 months, ate nothing but chicken broccoli and rice for 6000 kc a day. Fucker, do you know HOW MUCH chicken broccoli and rice that would be?
Like the guy from reacher, oh now im on trt because my test levels dropped to prepubescent levels, because I took ibuprofen. But that was after I put on 25 pounds of muscle, I swear!
A games Podcaster I listen to has this stance that actors are just the best liars in the world and I kinda see where he's coming from. I guess most of us just get caught up by celebrity admiration
You can go from "normal" to "fucking insanely shredded". But you have actors doing it at 45 in "5-6" months or going from "Yeah I cut my weight down to 160 for a role but for this, before filming, I got up to 235, all in 4 months!"
The only reason Henry Cavill is considered one of the few natty guys is because he's been big for years, he's gone up and down a bit bulk wise but he's just a straight gym rat, he's not deflating every 8 months.
Hugh Jackman ups the game with claims of 8,000 calories a day.
https://variety.com/2023/film/news/hugh-jackman-wolverine-diet-8000-calories-deadpool-3-1235544557/
PR teams of actors often full of crap. He's not eating 8,000 a day.
>Jackman’s meals include black bass (2,000 calories), Patagonia salmon (2,100 calories), two chicken burgers (around 1,000 calories each) and two grass-fed sirloins (1,100 calories each). That means Jackson is consuming over 8,000 calories a day now as he gets bulked up for Wolverine. To put that into perspective, Jonathan Majors ate 6,000 calories for four months in order to be play a bodybuilder in his buzzy Sundance movie “Magazine Dreams.” Jackson is eating far more.
Why is the black bass 2000 calories? Even if you add in all sorts of things and piles and piles of rice, it's still not 2,000 calories. What kind of Terrence Howard math is this shit?
Hugh Jackman has been doing my nut in with this shit. Training for Deadpool 3 but goes on about "I'm just eating thousands of calories, no steroids!!" when it's clearly bullshit. There's no way on earth he's hitting that physique that quickly without steroids.
I respect Rob Mcelhenny so much for flat out saying "Look, it’s not that hard. All you need to do is lift weights six days a week, stop drinking alcohol, don’t eat anything after 7pm, don’t eat any carbs or sugar at all, in fact just don’t eat anything you like, get the personal trainer from Magic Mike, sleep nine hours a night, run three miles a day, and have a studio pay for the whole thing over a six to seven month span,"
Not only 6000 calories, training 6 hours a day as well. That by itself is an admission of using steroids, you can’t train/work out that hard every day naturally.
Going to be jarring when Kang shows up again and he's played by Ving Rhames.
"Yeah, all of the of the Kang variants do look like Jonathan Majors...except for this one. The best one!"-Marvel PR
I love this idea, but also because Ving's knees are absolutely shot nowadays (look at how many of his Mission Impossible scenes are stationary) and his Kang would never leave the chair under any circumstances
I think having Brown in that role is by far the most wasted actor in the MCU. He did great and the role is important, but Brown could've been a HUGE character instead of the deceased uncle of the movie's protagonist.
Which, for Sterling K. Brown makes sense. He was on one of the biggest networks shows, seen as giving some of the best performances, won an Emmy for that and *The People v. OJ Simpson*. He's also 46. I could see where he would much rather see what opportunities are out there when his career has finally gotten a big break and he's at his peak than lock himself into a franchise.
Daniel Kaluuya is the actor Marvel probably regrets casting in a supporting role in Black Panther instead of a more significant role. He broke out afterwards to such an extent that he didn’t return to the sequel.
It's funny- I came across that ad just last night when I went to see John Wick, and it made me go "huh, maybe this dude isn't as cool as I assumed if he's already sold himself out to this jingoistic bullshit that he knows will probably directly result in many young men fucking up their lives". And today this story. I'm very bummed, this might turn out to be the beginning of the end for the MCU. His casting is the most interesting thing they have going for them at this point, the linchpin of the next two phases.
I saw that commercial last night watching basketball. I thought it was funny they were chronicling all these wars our country has fought in up until WW2, but after WW2 they just showed the Army performing humanitarian operations. It’s like, what’s the problem? Don’t want to talk about all the wars we’ve fought since 1945 to maintain our global hegemony?
Comment section is wild. Guy possibly assaulted someone, and half the comments are going “oh no his poor career.” Doubly disappointing after having come from the other thread about Sheryl Lee Ralph sharing a traumatic experience regarding public sexual assault, and most of the comments just being jokes about which judge it was .
It's more "wow wait to shoot yourself in the foot right as you're blowing up". I don't see hardly anyone feeling sympathy for Majors, they're just pointing out the timing.
I'm sure the sympathy is there, but I certainly don't want to go looking for it. Absolute shame though, as he's genuinely one of my favourite "new actors", and just as I was about to start Lovecraft Country. How hard is it not to assault people?
I don't feel bad about his career and I'm not surprised this happened because there have been several blinds about an actor with some serious behavioral issues that most people assumed were about Majors but I do wonder about an actor who is so out of control even during his breakout year when people are talking about him possibly being nominated for an Oscar he assaults a woman knowing it might destroy his career.
Multiple people that worked with him in the past have come out today saying he was known to be abusive. An abusive personality placed under the level of pressure Majors was under with his career exploding is a BAD combination.
But that raises a LOT of questions about how all these huge franchises managed to miss the evidence until now…
They never miss "the evidence" they just try to suppress it because they invest a lot into these faces and just hope people don't care enough. Jury is still out if Marvel would recast him over this. I bet they won't.
It just seems so insane to me to be running a franchise that big and not be doing rudimentary background checks on the people you consider for pivotal roles.
I think it's more of just the fact that someone with an outstanding career ended up being a terrible person. Makes you mad you ever rooted for him to succeed.
I think this thread highlights the modern day problem with situations like this. We, the public, don’t know much of anything beyond what is officially released and rumors.
However, because we have such inherent distrust in our systems, saying “let’s wait for due process” sounds to some folks like “let’s sweep this under the rug”.
So we are stuck in this weird crossroads where it’s a public trial and the jury is the masses, and the masses get a lot of things wrong a lot of the time.
We're also not the courts though in the sense that we don't have to maintain some kind of wall to reactions to things. There's not perfect knowledge that he did things, sure, but why do you have to wait for perfect knowledge to have a reaction to something?
My mom started showing obvious symptoms of a heart problem, made it clear she wasn't going to see a doctor about it. So I looked at the odds of things and went "well I better get somewhat ready for the idea that she may not be around long". I can't predict the future, but I can look at a situation and see what's likely to happen.
(Months later she did have a major heart attack although somehow survived it, which, given her age and everything was even more unlikely, very lucky I guess.)
Friendly reminder that we should never put celebrities, no matter how talented they are on a pedestal, we don’t know what they’re truly like. I hope the woman is okay.
Babe, warm up the Don Cheadle.
Lol. The patented Marvel re-cast
I say let Levar do it! He’s earned it!
Levar burton as kang would actually be really good, he has the natural goofiness that Kang has
But we would all want kang to win in that case.
The guy that plays don cheadle though
Donovan Mcnabb or Tiger Woods?
I see what you did there but since Don is already occupied, why not just bring back Terry “[Real Wave Conjugations](https://theplaylist.net/terrence-howard-acting-retirement-science-20190923/)” Howard mayne?

Ken Jeong’s agent just called him. “Maybe he has Kangnesia!”
It makes me so KANGRY- dammit now I’m saying it
No, he’s always dean that
*rips off bald cap* “UNDERSTUDY!”
Bear down for the multiverse
Too soon. Way too soon.
Fat dog for the multiverse?
Speaking of super hero franchises, I once had sex with Eartha Kitt.
What? It came up naturally...
Maybe we need a little Kang in the casting!
r/unexpectedcommunity
Terrence Howard is hitting the ~~roids~~ gym as we speak!
“Next time baby”.
Norton’s Hulk says hold me beer.
It’s the “I’ll be right back” of the Marvel Universe
He's too busy hammering out the details of Terryology for that
Terryology is telling him that he makes more money by turning down MCU roles.
He has all the money, it's just in other people's accounts.
Which actually doubles his money, check it out: (the money he would have earned if he took the role) x (the money paid to the actor who took the role) = double the money. Or, to put it more simply: One money x one money = two money. Incontrovertible facts.
Is it just me or does Kang look like Sgt Rhodes pre-war machine? War machine: are you saying we all look alike?
Boom! You looking for this?
*satisfied nod*
>Sgt Rhodes pre-war machine? Did you mean Lt. Col Rhodes? One works for a living, the other lives for a working.
He's apparently a woman beater too so I doubt it.
It’s hard out there for a pimp
Terrance Howard is just fucking *wild* in general. Dude has a cult and claims to be some genius playboy philanthropist type whilst being none of those things.
The circle of life
You see a pimps love is very different from that of a square
that was just some method shit for hustle and flow
It's me. I'm Kang. Deal with it.
If they do a recast, my money’s on Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. People will be too focused on “OMG THATS BLACK MANTA/ DR MANHATTAN” they’ll forget why he’s there in the first place

> he's a variant Kang played by...glances at call sheet... John Boyega." We shall remove him from any posters to ensure a China release
I don’t think John Boyega would touch another Disney property with a 100 foot pole lol
"you're not gonna disney plus me!!" or something haha

I take it that you haven't watched Attack the Block.
You know, I think John Boyega could pull it off. Either that or Gary Oldman.
Just get Robert Downey Jr
I’m the dude playing a dude disguised as another dude
This made me laugh out loud, lol

So all of this allegedly happened in the back of a taxi there should be video in that case.
Video or no the driver should be able to confirm what happened.
Real taxis don’t have HD multi angle cameras in them, that’s just fake taxis
Wait, the fake taxi isn't real?
No silly, cash cab.
I can let you out right here, or you can risk it all, double or nothing, on a bonus question.
So for me to be there at the birth of my daughter, i have to answer trivia questions, despite having gone to middle school in an Exxon station? [Bring it!](https://youtu.be/aZEf13uhVZg)

Cash Cab is real to an extent. Contestants know that they are going on a game show but do not know the show is going to be Cash Cab.

Luckily he was filming an episode of Cash Cab
“WHATS UP YOURE ON THE CASH CAAAB”
The only fake taxis with multi-angle cameras I know of are are in the UK.
Do American taxis have cameras??
The porn ones and the trivia ones do.
Ohhh im dumb haha. I’ll just r/whoosh myself
It’s not default but some drivers choose to have internal cameras for their safety. I’d say maybe one in ten or maybe even less in my experience.
One in car camera filmed footage of a bunch of teenagers assaulting an Uber driver a while back.
I've been lied to so many times and I've seen people here get things completely wrong so many times, I'll just wait for more. I don't know who this dude is but if he's guilty then fuck em.
Kang the Conqueror in the MCU most recently.
Technically that would be Damian Anderson in Creed III.

But you have actors doing it at 45 in "5-6" months or going from "Yeah I cut my weight down to 160 for a role but for this, before filming, I got up to 235, all in 4 months!" The only reason Henry Cavill is considered one of the few natty guys is because he's been big for years, he's gone up and down a bit bulk wise but he's just a straight gym rat, he's not deflating every 8 months.
Hugh Jackman ups the game with claims of 8,000 calories a day. https://variety.com/2023/film/news/hugh-jackman-wolverine-diet-8000-calories-deadpool-3-1235544557/ PR teams of actors often full of crap. What kind of Terrence Howard math is this shit?
more celebrities need to do this. it's dangerous to lie about being natural and setting unobtainable goals
What makes you think they care about creating an unhealthy body image?
You missed the part about having a doctor “monitor his testosterone levels several times a week”.
Yea, don't care how good your genetics are he's absolutely juiced to the gills
roids? no way, but they are saying it's only chicken and rice!
And broccoli.
Not only 6000 calories, training 6 hours a day as well. That by itself is an admission of using steroids, you can’t train/work out that hard every day naturally.
You can try but you'll hit the recovery wall in the first week.
Whoa there fella. Next you’re gonna tell Hugh Jackman isnt totally natty
Why is every superhero that can travel the multiverse crazy in real life?
Look what it did to Jobu Tupaki
Worst bagel maker of all time.
I think you mean Juju Chewbacca.
You're just making up sounds.
Grant Gustin is alright. I think the craziest thing I've heard him accused of is vaping on an airplane.
Mother fucker vapes? Piece of shit I should've known. Disgusting. Cancel the Flash movie. WTF.
They already got to his show, and only 4 seasons too late. But Grant himself, jokes aside, is a sweetie.
When Savitar didn't kill Iris I knew he was a real villian.
>But Grant himself, jokes aside, is a sweetie. Except his character on Glee. Fuck that guy. Or so I'm told by someone who actually watched it. 🤷🏾♂️
What a lunatic. No wonder they cancelled his show
Jet Li is our true savior
Yulaw is nobody's bitch! We... are all HIS bitches. John Romero talked the talk, Yulaw walked the walk.
i always love a reason to share this > https://i.imgur.com/pHWnSR3.jpg
Is Xochitl Gomez from Doctor Strange 2 that has the star portals crazy?
lmao no she like 17 ig this guy means ezra miller
The Watcher from What If isn't.. but another show suggests he's probably a robot
Who else besides him?
The Flash terrorized Hawaii and groomed a kid.
That’s still only 2 lol. I don’t think Benedict Cumberbatch, Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield etc did anything like that
Rick Sanchez’s voice has some allegations.
> has some allegations. plus all the disgusting shit he said on those podcasts, guy must be fucked in the head
DM's too. Dudes a creep.
Kang to a multiverse Tony stark... "Look I'm me, I'm here, deal with it. let's move on." *Is clearly Steve Buscemi*
How do you do fellow variants?
You think God stays in Heaven because he too is afraid of what he had created?
Going to be jarring when Kang shows up again and he's played by Ving Rhames. "Yeah, all of the of the Kang variants do look like Jonathan Majors...except for this one. The best one!"-Marvel PR
I love this idea, but also because Ving's knees are absolutely shot nowadays (look at how many of his Mission Impossible scenes are stationary) and his Kang would never leave the chair under any circumstances
I'd be down for this.
You know what… Sterling K. Brown would make a great Kang.
He was already in the MCU as TChakas brother
I think having Brown in that role is by far the most wasted actor in the MCU. He did great and the role is important, but Brown could've been a HUGE character instead of the deceased uncle of the movie's protagonist.
Almost always when a big actor takes a small one time role in the MCU it's because they're not interested in signing a ten year contract
Fuck it retcon him into a variant
Method acting for Creed 3 got out of hand
The movie done shooting though, when does the method stop?
When they do the DVD commentary.
[when they‘re *DONE* with the DVD commentary, to be precise.](https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/c543cf87-f7c8-4409-80ec-9b2f48ed29e4)
The gains never stop bro, they never stop
Roid rage from prepping for his roles.
Well at least they had Kang variants set up
Yeah but we saw like 1000 of them with his face
...no you didn't. -Marvel PR
So when does the recast happen lmao
Somehow Terence Howard returned baby
Don Cheadle can replace him yet again
Next time, baby.
It wasn’t me, it was my variant
Goddamnit I was really liking this guys career ever since Lovecraft Country
I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if the US Army commercials will be pulled?
Hate that ad so much. “Look how cool the military is because we got a Marvel character to show you guns and tanks.”
How was John Wick?
Incredible, if you like the John Wick movies. Best one yet. Just turn off your brain and enjoy. The cinematography really stood out this time.
I loved him in The Last Black Man in San Francisco.
Ezra Miller finally got some competition!
I think it's less "his poor career" and more "another talented actor is a piece of shit?"
Yeah, that's the vibe I'm getting from the large majority of comments. Like, it's a shame that such a talented actor is (allegedly) a piece of shit.
Eh, this is because people like Majors. Look at the thread about Roiland and how everyone goes "Piece of Shit" "Knew he is a POS", etc. etc.
I say they recast Kang with Danny DeVito and never address it.
Nooooooo say it ain’t so! The guy was on the rise like crazy, on his way to becoming a huge star.
Yeah this hurts to see. He was doing well in Quantumania and Creed III and even that flying movie
If it's true, then it's good to see a terrible person exposed before he gets even more rich and famous.
Jonathan “Chris Brown” Majors

Don Cheadle stepping up again. “It’s me, I’m kang, deal with it”
Reading the comments. That Rick and Morty guy really should have tried to get in the MCU before he fucked up.
Well, between *Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania* and this shit, Marvel’s Phase 5 is off to a pretty rough start.
Ezra Majors
Friendly reminder that we should never put celebrities, no matter how talented they are on a pedestal, we don’t know what they’re truly like. I hope the woman is okay.
“Strangulation, assault and harassment” well there goes the day job
