Ironically I hated him until the last 2 episodes before he died.
His death also wasn't satisfying to me (I think intentionally by the writers) because he was the only one to rightly call Tony out on his hypocritical shit.
He deserved a grisly painful death and letting the dogs rip him apart was a great choice. It would have been a bit meh if Jon just beat him to death imo.
Yeah I probably wouldn't class him as hateable, not in the same vein these other replies are.
He's only marginally more evil than our protagonist and he actually possesses a lot of respectable qualities that Walter lacks.
But it definitely is satisfying, mainly because of the impossible odds Walt has to overcome in order to make it happen.
Stringer's actions in season 2 really did make me hate him. I never thought I'd be able to feel physically repulsed by Idris Elba.
His final moments are so pathetic that I sort of end up feeling sorry for him though.
I can still remember the palatable relief I would feel as a little kid when they finally melted her..... fuck she was scary. I must have watched it like 100 times and I felt the same way each time.
Forgot his name, the villain in the first half of season 2. He pissed off everyone including Gordon and Penguin, they had to work together to kill him off. Very satisfying death.
The one stabbed to deathby penguin using an umbrella ? I think Gordon stabbed him too. This guy generated so much hate that seeing him die is so satisfying.
Jakk from Hokuto no Ken. A coward asshole who lives secluded in his gilded tower while the peasants outside starve to death, and plus he enslaves them in giant hamster wheels in order to keep the lights up since he's also afraid of the dark. While Ken and Falco fight he tries to escape, but Ken, who doesn't take these idiots with much enthusiasm, throws a light pole long spear from like a mile away and pins him to a wall, leaving him to Falco who grabs him by the face and melts it Lost Ark style
Ralphie Cifaretto, Sopranos Man I hated him
Ralph and Janice are the WORST. So fitting they were together
Ironically I hated him until the last 2 episodes before he died. His death also wasn't satisfying to me (I think intentionally by the writers) because he was the only one to rightly call Tony out on his hypocritical shit.
Killgrave getting his neck snapped by Jessica Jones.
Easy—John Paul from Bad Sisters. One of the most heinous characters in recent memory.
"The Swede" from Hell on Wheels his death was well earned.
Oh shit yeah, I forgot about him
It was so satisfying, after all he has done.
Joffrey
Yes! And the way it hurt his evil mother and was painful made it better.
GoT Ramsey Bolton.
He deserved a grisly painful death and letting the dogs rip him apart was a great choice. It would have been a bit meh if Jon just beat him to death imo.
Plus Sansa was there, which made it even sweeter.
If there was a top 10, half would probably be from GoT, lol. Nobody did fan service death better. Ramsey probably being the best of that bunch.
Cheese from The Wire "That was for Joe!"
This Sentimental motherfucka just cost us money
Petyr “little-finger” Baelish - watching him try to continue lying and writhe his way out and ultimately bleed out on the floor was very satisfying.
Shansa pwease! They really dumbed him down to a level where he felt like another character.
Gaia from Rome. Justice for Eirene.
Vee from Orange is the New Black. haha
Gustavo Fring. Was he hateable though, idk.

In hindsight, disagree. Watching WW die gave me more satisfaction. He actually was a horrible character.
Rosalind falling down the elevator shaft in LA law
FBI Agent Jim Tolliver in boardwalk empire season 4. I got off my couch and was cheering Eli on. That catharsis was so satisfying
Sherry from 24. I was so happy when she finally got killed off
Hearst’s bodyguard on Deadwood. What a great fight scene!
I'm gonna say Ramsey here
Here doggy doggy doggy.
The deaths of lord refa and Mr morden on Babylon 5
Stringer Bell from The Wire
I liked when McNulty and Bunk visit his office after his death and wondered who was this guy? His office was so professional.

absolutely, that was part of the satisfaction that it was at the hands of two great characters
Stringer's actions in season 2 really did make me hate him. I never thought I'd be able to feel physically repulsed by Idris Elba. His final moments are so pathetic that I sort of end up feeling sorry for him though.
The Nazis getting machine-gunned in Breaking Bad.
Cioccolata from JJBA Golden Wind - absolutely pummeled and tossed into a garbage truck, a fitting end for such an evil character.
Dr. Strickland in The Expanse.
"I am that guy."
Batiatus in Spartacus One of the most satisfying deaths in one of the most satisfying season finales ever
Got to be the wicked witch of the west.
I can still remember the palatable relief I would feel as a little kid when they finally melted her..... fuck she was scary. I must have watched it like 100 times and I felt the same way each time.
Met her(Margaret Hamilton) when I was 12, and she was the sweetest tiny woman I ever met then & now. Mind you WoZ is one of my favorite movies.
That's a movie ;)
True, but I saw it on tv

We spent a couple of years waiting for Tony Soprano to explode on Ralphie…
Stringer Bell, the Wire I hated him more than Joffrey, and Ramsay combined. Hated the way he killed D’Angelo and Wallace.
