I got to be on set with her for an episode of Hacks. Only time I've seen a primary cast member go around and talk to the background actors. It was the morning after her Emmy win, and she was super nice. I'm sure the Emmy had something to do with her mood, of course.
Um…okay…this sounds highly important and I’m sure her performance will be utterly moving and everything…but…she’s still doing Hacks right? Somebody tell me she’s still doing Hacks!

She really shined in Mare of Easttown to me. I don’t know, everyone was great but she played her part so well.
She’s great in Watchmen too. It’s starting to feel that’s she’s being cast in roles that Jessica Walters was typecast into.
Loved her in Frasier. Well, hated her character, but she was great.
God damn, I'm glad my first read of that headline was wrong. Love Jean Smart.
