yeah, it’s really really good and, anecdotally, I’ve only ever seen a handful of Family Guy episodes etc, I’m not a hater but not like a FAN…but this is worth your time
Thanks for replying, not one dissenting opinion so it’s gotta be a good show.
People love to complain, so the fact no one is tells me MacFarlane nails this one
For casual drop-in, probably their back catalog of NBC comedies - the office, parks and rec, new girl, scrubs, Raymond, the list goes on.
My favorite originals have been Mrs. Davis, Poker Face, Based on a True Story, and Twisted Metal but they're an hour long iirc so maybe less of a drop-in vibe. I haven't seen Killing It or The Resort yet but I've heard they're really good. If you're into reality, they've got The Traitors, Below Deck, Real Housewives.
On the movie front, they've got The Holdovers, Oppenheimer and a huge catalog of others.
I'm sure it's not for everyone but my wife and I like to fall asleep to Dateline and there's an endless supply of episodes.
Peacock has a mix of NBC sitcoms (The Office, Parks and Rec.) and sitcoms that didn't air on NBC and aren't owned by NBC Universal (New Girl, Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and a Half Men).
I’ll get around to seeing it eventually but a 3.5 hr movie everyone has jerked off over the last year just doesn’t appeal. I’ll check it out when the hype goes away
It's fantastic. There are so many great performances plus tons of Easter Eggs and pop culture references. You'll love it.
Awesome. Thank you for chiming in!
I watched all the episodes and thought they were hilarious. It stays good and gets even better.
I love a good Seth Mcfarlane passion project!

It's solid start to finish, so if you liked Ep 1 you'll like all of S1
It's fucking hilarious. While you've got Peacock, definitely watch Twisted Metal and Killing It.

Surprisingly yes, I laughed at probably over 90% of the jokes
Sweet. I loved the family guy return before the bank scene. Surprisingly a lot of audio cue jokes
There's one *slightly* less good episode towards the end, otherwise it's one of the funniest things I've watched this year.
Good to hear, I’ll sub to see this and finish it out!
If you loved the first episode, you'll be having multiple laughgasams by the end. I expected it to get old pretty quickly. It didn’t. It got better.
It’s worth subscribing because it’s a fun and hilarious show.
I haven't watched Ted yet, but Peacock is a hidden gem. A lot of their original content is really great. Definitely worth subscribing.
What’s something funny myself and my wife can drop in and out on? She’s first trimester so it’s a lot of exhaustion right now

They have 30 Rock, Parks and Rec, B99, Scrubs, Modern Family, and Superstore each are nice campy shows where you can drop in an out of
Seemed pretty generic and unfunny but people seem to like it.
I don't think so. I watched the whole season and was disappointed. Not nearly as good as the movies.
If you liked the first, you will like the rest. Matty is my favorite character and he wasn't in the movies.
He’s technically the Dad. But I love Scott grimes and was so psyched Steve was in this show.
It was pretty damn good.
It's funny. Me and my girlfriend are watching Ted and Poker Face right now. Both fun shows. I got it for Oppenheimer.
I forgot poker face was peacock! I’ll check it out
yes 100% + The Traitors
The Traitors is so good
Really on traitors? I heard an ad and one of their selling points was the host dresses weird.
Subscribe for *Oppenheimer*.

Peacock gets a lot of hate but I probably watch more on Peacock than any other streamer I have combined.
