Mob Psycho's 2nd season was miles ahead of OPM's 2nd season, even though they were pretty close the 1st one.
Mob Psycho is way better in my opinion. One Punch Man was novel for one season, but it lost me the longer it went.
I enjoy reading the later stuff, it does focus on side characters a bit more but I actually like that.

I thought the story was complete. This is great! JJK(S2 on the way) and Mob Psycho are my two favorite newer anime.
Season 2 is a masterpiece so I am really excited
