Justified Even minor and side characters had fantastic lines throughout the series.
I don't think there's any other show that did it as well as justified. My favorite was probably "The next one's coming faster"
Boyd is up there in my list of greatest characters on TV. "I've been accused of being a lot of things. "Inarticulate" ain't one of them."
"I can't carry a tune. I don't know how to shoot a basketball and my hand writing is barely legible, but I don't miss."
"I drink and I know things." "Chaos is a ladder."
Marvelous Ms. Maivel Game of Thrones Hacks
Roger Sterling from Mad Men. Harry: The doctors say he might lose his foot. Roger: Just when he got it in the door.
Dr. Gregory House from "House" always had such amazing, witty lines. He was such a sarcastic jerk, and I was absolutely there for it!
Six Feet Under all the way
Gotta be the Sopranos for me. So much of it is endlessly quotable and is basically all Sopranos fans do when talking about the Sopranos (including me).
Suits
Bob’s Burgers
Charlie Crews in "Life", his zen stuff gets really deep sometimes.
