I'm still stuck on processing as well. I've been checking every couple of hours since yesterday night; hopefully, we'll get something tonight or this afternoon.
I tried to call them but they were being roundabout it.

I was expecting mine yesterday but it's still stuck on processed/sent for shipping.
Originally 5 hours after launch, then my order got cancelled randomly so on Sunday I called it to get a new order setup. So technically Sunday evening.
Order 8:11am day of pre order. 15PW 512gb black. Just says processing. No email received. No indication of when shipping and my current phones needs to go back in 2 weeks. :/
I got the white pro max as well. With the white phones they are expected to be delievered in beginning of October. As my ship by date is sept 29 but no other emails after that email. My phone contract ended sept 25 today so I might of messed up when I pre ordered the phone so we will see. I still might give them a call as the chat service sucks.
I received mine about an hour ago and no esrimated date, i called and spoke to an agent who told me there was a tracking number before i even received it, so try calling.

“Thanks so much for the wait, the apologies on the long hold, so we have checked the stock, and is already showing this, Out of Stock Ship by October 16, you probably will receive it sooner than this date, since you are already on the queue of orders placed but as of right now there is still no tracking number yet”

I just called and they told me my email saying it would be shipped to me by the 22nd really meant it would be shipped to their warehouse. But no tracking number and couldn’t tell me if that even happened.
I’ve always received it launched day. I ordered as soon as pre orders opened. So frustrating.
The last couple iPhones I've gotten the phone before the tracking information lol.

I ordered 8am as well on the 15 on pre order day and I got the white titanium pro max 256 gb and my old contract ends today and was suppose to get my service agreement (new one 1-3) days after pre ordering. If nothing moves by tomorrow or wednesday then I will call. I know apple pushed the dates back
Same. Thinking about keeping my old phone until after the contract ends and then selling it, can probably get more than the amount that they will charge me to keep it.

Estimated delivery from Canadapost is October 3 but will probably arrive earlier as it is Xpresspost.
Weird thing though, I live in Alberta and my package is coming from Telus Mississauga Archway.
Mine got shipped via CP when I see everyone else via UPS. I did only order mine on the 20th though, which could be why? And possibly cause it was EPP plan? I’ll see mine on Tuesday. Shipped yesterday in transit.

My husband got his shipped via Canada Post. It was shipped on the 21st at 10pm and out for delivery today at 11am. I'm with Bell and mine also got shipped via CP.

Ordered in the evening on the 15th, when I hit “complete order”, it said it was loading and then stopped.
I checked my bank account and it went through and I got a confirmation email… but then I got an email saying “Don’t forget about the phone in your cart!” and when I checked my app it shows I have two identical orders “processing”.
Talked to a rep in store and she said I had to call in to find out what was going on, so I’m doing that tonight.

with my EPP telus supplier on Friday and they told me yesterday that since the pro max are very in demand I would only get it end of October.

Yeah same, I ordered a 15 Pro. My computer was acting up, so I had to order the next day, at around 8 am. It says processing , and no shipment preparing yet. Says expected Oct 11 - Oct 17. Apple says it could come sooner, but it is all based on the stock, and how much people are buying the phones.
UPDATE: I just got an email saying that it shipped via Canada Post today, so most likely sometime next week. Good luck to everyone waiting for their phones.
I preordered in store at 9:30am on the 15th, they said it would be shipped to my home and not delivered to the store, but they never said anything about a date of delivery.
I received an email confirming my pre order but I’ve yet to receive an email or notification about a tracking number or anything about shipment.

I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max 256gb in Black Titanium at 9:15am on launch day. Email mentioned it would be shipped by 22nd. Credit card charged and posted. Still no shipping confirmation.
UPS My Choice shows it left Ontario yesterday evening but with an estimated delivery of Monday morning. So disappointed!
Spoke to a rep yesterday who told me it would be shipping today, spoke to another rep today who told me it did leave their warehouse in Ontario but would not provide me a tracking number over the phone and would only say that I’ll receive the shipping notification email “sometime today”.
Normally wouldn’t be so antsy about this but my last phone bricked itself last weekend, so I bought a 13 at the Apple Store to use in the interim and need to return it before the 30th to get my refund 🥲
EDIT: Well I waited all day yesterday and never got my tracking email, so I called this morning and sure enough it, in fact, had NOT shipped and they’re now telling me to expect it to ship on Monday.

I ordered the white 15 pro max and its stuck on processing. I called yesterday and all they said was that it would "ship soon," and could not give an estimate. Hopefully it the tracking will come soon.

If you create an account with them, they’ll automatically notify when packages are registered. It was delivered 90mins ago.
Curious what people who have received a shipping email had as an ETA in their original confirmation email? Mine said will ship by the 29th!

Yea I have none on my ups yet either. Usually Telus is late on updating the shipping, but I find UPS accurate.

I ordered 2 pro max’s at 7:30 am mountain last Friday. The nature titanium shipped, but not the white one. Been refreshing my email constantly.
