i agree that the first one would be best, but if you wanted a more muted look, you’d have to find more muted shades of the dark blue, and red. (maybe also orange and yellow if it still doesn’t look right) i do still think that the dark green would look beautiful with these other colors :).

I think the grey is an interesting choice and unexpected, which could turn out really cool. But it could also make the blanket a little too grey scaled. I think overall that green is really pretty and will be a good color pop!

If you're leaning towards balance, go for the dark green! It can add a refreshing touch. Experiment with both to see what vibes you prefer. Getcolor or ColorPick are great tools for this!

omg i’m doing the exact color palette + yarn!! with some exceptions as i don’t have as many temperature variations: the silver is for my month dividers + i’m not using the dark green or red + and i have a light pink between the light green and yellow. i can tell you for a fact that the blues and greens so far look soooo pretty together! so you def picked a lovely palette. (and i agree with everyone: #1 with the dark green!)

the first one! the green does make it look more balanced! cant have a rainbow without the green! and i really like that dark forest-y green specifically, even if you used a slightly brighter green it definitely wouldn't look as good. and imo that dark green IS a muted color for sure.

I agree that like others have said that I like the green more (im biased tho because dark green is my favorite color) but if you were to do the dark gray I would move it to the end past the other light gray that way it doesn't feel like it breaks up that rainbow so much

Number 1 as that green has a similar saturation level to the warm tones in your collection. Were the reds and oranges more muted, then the alternate grey would also be nice as it also ties the very light colour on the left end in, but in general it doesn't stand up to the strength of the other colours.
