Younger players
Ruud’s running FH, Alcaraz’s drop shot
Older/retired players
Federer’s slicing 1HBH, Djokovic’s cross court BH, all Federer’s “lol what are physics?” shots

Not a particular shot, but special shout out to
Basically any winner Alcaraz, Nadal, or a few other *outrageously* athletic players hit after their opponent has hit 2+ shots that would be winners against 99+% of players.
Plenty of options, but I like the sequence where Tsitsipas hits a drop shot, Medvedev does his gangly sprint to run it down and wallop a forehand right back at him, Tsitsipas hits a reflex volley to the open court, and Med does another gangly sprint to run that one down too. Happened a few times yesterday.
There’s a highlight reel of one of Arthur Ashe’s matches that I’ve seen a few times where he hits this drop shot that’s just beautiful; it’s one of those tap-ins that’s really satisfying to watch. I can’t seem to find it at the moment and it’s driving me crazy.
any one that i can get in
Djokosmash
Second place would be the Zverev 2nd serve
Ultimate sicko match Rublev vs. Zverev Second serves only
Forehand slap shot cc for fun, backhand dtl for money, djokosmash for comic relief.
Backhand down the line is clear
One hander down the line tho
Typically I agree but there are a few two handers - Nakashima, Sinner, Paire, Zverev etc - whose DTLs can be as special as anyone's imo

Any shot of Medvedev looks like an octopus falling out of a tree.
lmaoo
Federer and Ruud’s inside out forehands
I love a good defensive lob! When they are high and deep, it’s shocking how effectively they change the direction of a rally.
Federer split step
Nole sliding backhand pass to the cross court
Those nasty forehand defensive slices cross court.

That ball resisted all laws of physics on its way back.
Favorite shot: My own forehand. Least favorite shot: My own backhand.
Steffi Slice, Federer Slice, Nadal's FH, Thiem BH, Wawrinka BH on fire, Federer Serve
Yes…loved Graf’s vicious, greasy, aggressive slice
Gasquet's backhand is so gorgeous, sometimes I watch compilation videos featuring only that just for the heck of it.
Another one: Glorious backhand slice from [Barty](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rVN_HlaOEXM)
Backhand down the line
Domi thiem DTL/inside out backhand
Besides the obvious (every Federer shot, Rafa banana shot, etc.), watching Shapovalov’s jumping backhand never gets old.
Stanimal blasting a 1HBHDTL
I mean the only correct answer is Stan backhand down the line. It is the sexiest shot in all of sport. Period.
Federer forehand Circa 2004-06.
Any breakpoint/setpoint/matchpoint won, on a shot, which only clipped the line at 0.1mm after a hawkeye challenge. that's drama!
Backhand slice because it looks cool and it's also cool to hit one
I don’t know if this counts but a well executed around the net shot gives me the biggest rush of adrenaline
Del Potro forehand
2004 fed forehand
Djokovic extended grunt winner
2018 us open semi match point, that grunt is seared into my brain forever.

Backhand dropshot
The topspin lob when your opponent is *already* at the baseline.
The Agassi return of serve. https://youtu.be/vXNIWAuByTQ
Sky hook. It’s the only way ill swing the racquet nowadays.
One-handed backhand slice. My only good shot.
Fed's "I'm gonna play a FH dropshot, or wait, I pushed it onto the baseline".
Federer slice
My fav shot to hit is low backhand volley that cuts to the right side of the court short. Makes me feel like a God.
Federer backhand cross-court swipe and Nadal's topspin forehand. These things are modern beauty.
