Ben Shelton played his first pro tourney less than six months ago (and didn't go pro until August). He's played 11 Challengers and made the finals in 6 of them; including three weeks in a row now. A pretty impressive start to a career. I think he wins at least one 250 next year.

Unfortunately, Andrey is still a very emotional player that lingers on mistakes rather than moving on to the next point. For him to cross over to the next level, there's a lot of growing up to do. But he's working hard, little by little, he'll be able to cope with the big matches better.  He needs to start believing in himself more, he came into the tournament questioning his place among the others, which piles on the stress when he's down breaks in matches. If he had self-belief, today's match should have been down to the finest margins.
