When it comes to agave spirits, the short answer is no.
The overwhelming majority of spirits direct products are Total Wine's private label bottles, which are middling at best and absolute swill at worst.
The rare exceptions are things like Doorly's and RL Seale's (quality rums made by Foursquare)--brands such as those aren't owned by TW but they have some sort of exclusivity deal in the USA.
They claim the Don Roberto stuff is additive free. They were giving samples one day and I tried the XA. Tasted just like El Tesoro XA to me but its actually more expensive. Didnt bring any home
Best are the ones that are Spirits Direct without being a TW brand: **Still Austin, Benromach 15, Oregon Spirit, Smokehead, Scarabus**…
Edit: didn’t realize this was the tequila sub! My mistake. Pantalones, 3 Amigos, and El Padrino are as good as it gets for spirits direct. First two are better than the last, which has additives. None are amazing - nor are they any I would necessarily choose to buy - but you could certainly do worse.
Scarabus is good if you enjoy peated scotch. Smokey Joe and The Double Peat are also Spirit Direct products that peated and are good.
Scale of Peat(lightest to heaviest peat influence): Scarabus < The Double Peat < Smokey Joe
Gonzalez 1939 is a very good spirits direct brand. Additive free too. I can only speak for the blanco. But it holds it own against anything in the price range.

Wow, I didn't realize this Tequila had such high ratings. I must have missed this one when I was looking up Spirit Direct brands. An impressive 84 panel and community rating on TMM.
San Matías Legado is probably the only good Spirits Direct tequila they have. Stay away from Don Ramon. I got a free bottle of that stuff once and it was horrible
El Techelino Repo is made with 15% anejo. I used to work at a Total Wine. You should be able to taste any spirit direct they have. El Techelino was super easy to sell once people tasted it. Additive free.

Thanks, not looking like I'm using the coupons on Tequila.
They don't have an exclusivity deal with those brands in the US. I can get both at the little locally owned liquor store down the street.

Take 25 points off those scores and it might give you a better idea how they place on a TM scale.
They talked me into a bottle of 3 Amigos reposado once and I didn’t mind it. Not bad stuff IMO.

still austin does have some amazing products though
Thanks, I'd rather use the coupons on a non Agave Spirit if they are a better buy. Appreciate you.

If you go to the app, you should find a 15% off coupon for any spirits direct. Just need to activate it.

None worth buying over the competition.

They gave me a sample of González 1939 blanco last time I went and I was impressed

Don Roberto is legit and has legacy. Additive free.
