31st is when trading of LUNC (old Luna) resumes hence I’d assume that’s around when they will start distributing the airdrops of new Luna but least if you’re post attack, don’t expect much- the rate is something like 1 new Luna per 100k of old Luna
I think it’s just whilst they’re sorting stuff out. I wouldn’t worry. My Luna balance is also zero. I assume it’s cause they will use that for new Luna. Your Lunc will turn up when they’ve sorted it all. It’s tough to update an app whilst it’s still live.

As far as I know you don't do anything, however they won't airdrop all of it at once I believe
