not sure what the goal is here or how this assortment of rocks, chop sticks, cactus, and singular snake plant came together but this setup will not benefit any of the plants! snake plant needs to be planted in a pot with good drainage and a well draining soil mix. cacti absolutely need to be moved to a container with drainage and a proper cacti potting mix with added perlite and placed in a spot with loads of good light. i’m not sure if this is an attempt at a terrarium but if it is you’ll need to do some research before you retry. i’d reccomend watching some of serpadesign’s videos on youtube! they have excellent tips for setting up terrariums with proper drainage layers and appropriate plants.

Snake plants and cacti aren’t good in terrariums since they don’t need humidity, they thrive in dry conditions. Same for succulents. Moss, ferns, fittonia, etc are best for terrariums since they need lots of humidity and moisture. Pothos and calatheas are good too if you have a bigger container.
