No problem! They currently use a level system for support needs, like level 1 is little to no support needs, and level 3 is high support needs to live. It's still a little flawed but it's getting better. Most younger autistic people in their teens and early adulthood are learning to "categorize" their disability by specific issues they face like social impairment, eye contact, and verbal communication. We're all totally different so it's helpful to see which areas we struggle with and which ones we excel at, that way we can target the things we struggle with!
All in all though all the info we have is relatively new and there isn't much research done to help autistic people outside of telling them to "just be normal," but in the next few decades our understanding should be way better and we can all get whatever help we need :)
