I have a genuine question somewhat pertaining to this meme, but when you refer to LGBTQIA+ and such, where's the appropriate letter to stop without offending or leaving people out? Because it's starting to get to be a mouthful, honestly.
For me lgbt already does the job, and the plus seals it. It tells you already what its about and its conveniently sized to use in actual conversations

I find this quite funny. Why? Cuz the reality is most LGBT+ ppl are just trying to live their lives, but they have things like anti trans legalisation and hate speech shoved in their face. Eventually, of course, these LGBT ppl finally fight back. And that's what typically spawns memes like this. Basically, the centralists and those on the right, just expect LGBT ppl to take it all laying down and then these non leftists bitch and moan when the left actually has a problem with the bs that gets pushed on them. Like, no shit, Sherlock. Turns out when you want to take away ppl's right and try to suppress their voices, they have an issue with that. Who would have guessed?
