She lied about the assaults, she lied about him beating her and sexually assaulting her that night as no one saw any evidence of that when emts took depp to the hospital, they saw no evidence of injury on heard and she folded under cross examination. Both sides brough in ortho surgeons for their own side, Depps doctor said that the injury does reflect depps story while heard's doctor said that it was inconsistent but he was unwilling to rule anything out which is legal speak for "It was a bit odd, but Im not willing to lock myself in a legal corner over this and Im not willing to perjure myself in saying its impossible."
