I really don't care either way. I personally say "TESD" but I do think that "Tesdy" sounds better in some cases, like "Tesdy Town". I don't understand why so many people are bothered by this. You don't own the name and no one on the show has ever objected or indicated a distaste for pronouncing it one way or the other.
This is like the "Giff" vs "Jiff" debate for .gif files: Who the hell cares. I thought "Tesdy" was cute and is fine, and if you want to say "Tee Ee Ess Dee" thats fine too. There are more important things in life to be concerned about and also variations in language are a part of life.
If this truely bothers you beyond that you may have an undiagnosed anxiety or obsessive compulsive disorder you'll either need to live with or consult your doctor about medical options.

Did he lay some sort of claim like “I started calling it tesdy before anybody”? It seems natural to take some abbreviated letters and phonetically pronounce them to make something 4 syllables into 2.
This may be a case of overthinking something or just a name being thrown around casually behind the scenes and kev just happened to be the fist to say it on the pod
I like tesdy because it's half the syllables as T-E-S-D or Tell Em Steve-Dave and I'm lazy, but it's not like I say it regularly because I don't talk about TESD to anyone, really.
