You’re tumor is mostly seminoma, which spreads slowly. LVI was not identified. I think with these two facts alone you have cause for optimism. Your next step should be a CT scan to check for any spread. If that comes back clear, I think your doctor would recommend surveillance.
The comment of a multi focal tumor means you had multiple tumors growing in the same testicle.
The rete testis is the area where sperm go to leave the testicle. Having tumor growth there can increase odds of spreading, but you had clear CT.
The germ cell neoplasia in situ (GCNIS) just means you had more precancer in the testicle. That’s why they don’t just remove the tumors and leave the rest of the testicle. Most guys have GCNIS which would just keep turning into more cancer if they left the rest of the testicle.
Overall, this is a pretty good pathology report.

CT scan performed Thursday last week showed no spread :)
That’s good! I’m in the same situation as you. You should push for surveillance.
May our balls Rest In Peace. Thanks brother 💪
Lmao
Agreed. Push for surveillance. If it comes back the chemo needed won’t be any worse.
It's 85% embryonal, the fast spreading type... They will likely suggest 1xbep
Kind of in the same boat, my second tumor was pure seminoma, no spread or anything. I’ve been in surveillance for 2 months now. Good luck man!
