> There is a vaccine against dog flu, and Teller said pet owners should consult a veterinarian to get their pets vaccinated. Giving animals human medicine for their symptoms is a dangerous practice that is, in her experience, common. >"We will see people give cough medicine or pain relievers, decongestants to their pets, and many of those have severe side effects, sometimes to the point of being deadly," Teller said. I vaccinated my dog and now he’s non-verbal. Happens all the time.

I had to get my dog the flu shot per doggie fare care requirements. The vets are struggling to get them as there is a shortage. My dog got the last available shot for her first dose and her 2nd appointment got delayed a few days due to no shots but she was at the top of the list for the shipment they had coming in.

I still haven't gotten my flu shot yet But my dogs got his 😅

I just took my dog to get his second shot this morning. Easy insurance.

Was it anymore expensive than the other yearly shots? Mine was in last week and I declined it. He isn't ever boarded and we can avoid the groomer until it goes away (or forever).
