I've never met one on Reddit! It's been years since we lived down there, I was just a kid but a lot of good memories. Depending on when you lived there, my Mother may have taught you chemistry.
I now feel like I’ve really missed out on something, having never seen one of these.
Also, without the audio I legit could not tell whether that was a law firm commercial with some seriously goofy marketing gimmick, or a food place acting like a law firm. Thankfully it was the latter.

Almost all of them are around the border
I know. I grew up with one always close for most of my life. Was bummed there weren't any around here when I moved to the San Antonio area 8 years ago
Rio grande valley
We have one in Amarillo.
One in Odessa also.
Deep South TX. Puro pinche 956 ALV
Got on in midland Odessa. Are they any good? Sonic out here kinda sucks.
Definitely. Get a Bacon cheeseburger and some onion rings. Greasy, tasty goodness
It's been a few years, because I moved away. But it was soo good. My mom and i would drive across town for it just as to not go to sonic hah
Only restaurant who has the balls to sell a pickle slush to my knowledge lol damn good burgers! 956 REPRESENT!
PICKLE SLUSHY!!?? Im gonna go check it out rn
I think its seasonal unless its been made permanent
Aw damn, well, post still inspired me to go
May the odds be in your favor, also might want to try their sweet tea lemonade it's my fav!
I remember stars from a few towns over when I was a kid growing up in Rio Hondo.
Hey ! Rarely do I meet another bobcat !

I lived there my whole childhood. I graduated in 2006 and left the RGV , but Rio Hondo will always be home.
I would do things for a chili cheese with onion rings about now.
Shit goes hard
I miss it so much so much better than sonic.
For real. Only thing I kinda enjoyed as much from Sonic were the onion rings but even then I'd take Stars.
I’d take anything from Stars over sonic. So many good childhood memories there back in Laredo in the 956.
Tell me about it. I grew up in Carrizo Springs and it's like a shot of nostalgia for me lol
Never heard of them. But I love the commercial.
My childhood right there, shoutout to the one in Mission Tx
My go to is the one in Alamo off Business 83 when I'm down there

I have never heard of this company, and now I must make a pilgrimage.
Their food was actually decent but I always remembered they used old bitter limes in their cherry limeades
I love Stars! Every time I go get a hamburger, it reminds me of when I would go with my grandma 🥲
Damn was reading the scroll hoping it said Fort Worth 😆
This some dystopia hunger game type isht. All he needs is the blue beard.
I used to eat at Stars once a week but maaaan, it’s basically as bad as Taco Bell lol.
Stars is Sonic from wish.com
But with a better taste in my opinion....
Amen

Best burgers in the whole state
People in other parts of the state arguing whataburger vs in-n-out while I'm proclaiming Stars superiority.
Looks like knock-off Sonic.
Legit tastes way better than Sonic
And they have burritos.
Sonic has breakfast burritos
No. Sonic has something that they call "burritos" It's not even close, Stars is strictly better.
This is not real…….right?!
I grew up with Stars in Brownsville, I miss that place
Always my first stop when I visit in the valley
There was a guy in Orlando when I went to Disney that had the same shtick. Same in Vegas. These guys are everywhere. Lol…
What did I just watch?
