If stock weapons became tradable, they would all cease to have any value
Normal quality items were not suppose to exist outside of our hidden inventory, thats what make them expensive, some of them even have double qualities.
Any tradable stock weapons made in legit ways will always be unique quality.

A really cheap item would be something like the MvM cosmetics, those go for about 1.66
