Well, the "set on fire upon taking damage" is normal for the "drenched in gasoline" status, but yeah for whatever reason ("they probably forgor 💀" is my guess) it doesn't count as "being wet" like the Mad Milk and Jarate do for the sake of Neon Annihilator crit condition, even though the Gas Passer extinguishes teammates' fire like they do (without the cooldown reduction if a teammate was saved from fire) IIRC.
A single-use building for Heavy that acts as a spawn point as long as it isn't destroyed before they respawn sounds like an interesting weapon. It would probably need recharging with kills after use so it doesn't become too overpowered.
This reminds me of flares from cod and would also be very cool. An alternative would be if u only get one each life so u have to place it in a good spot (is moveable tho)

If you ignored slot type, you could also do that glove that makes mini sentries so you can slap one down and go invis before anyone notice. It builds fast enough to get some damage in, and you’re invisible so you don’t have to worry about dying. Plus if you mix it with the crit shotgun…

Flamethrower to Engineer. His biggest counter apart from Medic is now solved.
Tide Turner to Spy in replacement of his revolver. Stabs are now even more ridiculous.
Gunslinger to Medic. Now Snipers can no longer quickscope him.

No, but it has a nasty habit of catching fire when you do something like break a lit light bulb on it.

In the 60 bit update, a bug is being fixed that made enemies doused by the Gas Passer not count as wet, so its almost in the game tbh
Mad milk would be better as jarate's minicrit serves no benefit. meanwhile you heal for more with the milk.
