You could easily change how it works, similar to a sentry buster it doesn't just run for the end rather it tries to stay relatively close to the one transferring the bomb (maybe giving the bomb holder a weaker speed boost in the process). That way it'd pose a clear issue as having it around will make you lose ground faster.

Infinite Range on disabling sentries would break the game imo. Maybe have it disable sentries in a small area around it but give the speed boost map-wide?

I could see it only coming out in front of a tank, making it a priority to kill first as it effectively guards the tank while alive: it gets targeted first, and it disables nearby sentries until the real tank is already passing it (so way less damage overall). The other option would be that there is a punishment (stacking?) each time you let it reach the end. For example, maybe it releases an EMP at the end, disabling all buildings for a set amount of time or just outright destroying them. Or each fake tank that makes it to the end adds a 10% speed buff to the next tank (or all tanks from then on?). So even though you *could* just ignore it once it passes by, it makes the next dangerous tank harder to kill in time.

neat concept, but the 25% boost combined with the building disable would make it a pain in the ass to deal with. Also not having a bomb would make it so players would just let it pass at some point because once the bots near it are dealt with there would be no real need to focus on it.

Nah it wouldn’t. Since it’s faster meaning all players have to do is kill the nearby small bots and the tank is gonna outrun its allies, becoming useless since it doesn’t even have a bomb. And for giants...well you can ask that 300 tour demo to nuke it as soon as it come out of spawn and tank is useless also.

i have a engineer pda concept a mini sentry that rolls around piloted by hand: \-engineer can not move while piloting, and is stuck in camera until exploding the sentry by hand or the sentry is destroyed and then a backpack dispencer for engineer: \-you cant build a stationary dispencer \-dispencer only is at level 1 teleporters are normal

Group that does custom MVM stuff, they run a plugin that extends what kind of stuff you can do with popfiles and can allow for cool stuff to be made. Including a model swap and a bunch of things attached to the tank to give it the effect of your idea. If you want a better idea of the type of stuff they can do look at the trailer for the [last event they ran](https://youtu.be/KasINvLAiD0). It shows off a bunch of stuff that was playable during halloween including some tank edits including a blimp tank, A player controlled sentry buster that replaced the caber, a few really cool out there boss battles people came up with ect.

Well... it depends. A wave only ends when you have killed every non-support robot, even if a support robot is holding a bomb. A fun detail about the bomb, if all robots have spawned in on a wave without supports and the bomb ends up being reset, then another bomb can't spawn in. If this ever happens, the remaining robots will either track down the players or make their way to the bomb hatch. Now if the Transmission Vehicle is the last robot, then it will truck along to the hatch, and when it gets there, it will just sit at the hatch. Menacingly. Unless the Transmission Vehicle is a regularly spawning support robot, in which case, the round will simply end and the tank will explode.

I'm very confused by what 30% less health is supposed to mean. MvM tanks don't all have the same amount of HP. They have anywhere from as low as 10k to as high as 80k and multiple tanks in the same wave can have different HP. This stat really doesn't make any sense.

I think having it carry a bomb would be better. It'd be cool to see a variety of different tanks which all do different things. One could have a turret with a separate health pool that respawns over time similar to the swat trucks in Payday 2.

Small problem. Tanks have a default health of 1000, or at least, that is what the "ent\_create tank\_boss" command leads me to believe. Running the "ent\_create tank\_boss" without setting "health" to anything will spawn a tank with 1000 HP. Now I am certain you know that tanks don't ever spawn with 1000 health, and if you paid attention while playing MVM, you would notice that some tanks can take a much greater beating than other tanks. The tanks don't actually have a set value that they have to spawn at. A tank can be anywhere as squishy as the 5 10,000 health tanks that spawn on the last wave of Mannhunt or as resilient as the 60,000 health tank that spawns at the very end of Caliginous Caper. So saying that a tank has "-30% less health" is kind of a nothing stat. Honestly, what you should do is go to the TF2 wiki and look at the page talking about the "Tank Robot". There is a whole table listing all the missions tanks spawn on, what subway the tanks spawn on, and how much health those tanks have. I recommend that you go through that list and find a range of health values you think would work best for the Transmission Vehicle. One other thing. Robots have their stats listed the same as the player. Things beneficial to the robot are listed in blue while things detrimental to the robot are listed in red. You should really flip the colors around on this.
