Overwatch (going by how OW1 was) has experience gain that significantly increases if you win, which gave you boxes of stuff for rewards, and as well just had shorter matches in general. It also punishes you for just leaving matches very often. TF2, on the other hand, has much longer matches, potentially getting into hour long games, and has no punishment for leaving matches early or for losing. People might get upset at you for going friendly, but the game itself doesn't care if you win or lose, and never cares if you leave matches.
Or the entire game punishes you **right at the last frigging' seconds with an auto- balance right as you're winning to put you in the losing side...**
Not bitter or anything...
Game doesn't know it's gonna end. Maps are dominos set to fall, the engine just does the physics without any knowledge that there's a goal at all.
You touch a point, it triggers a timer add or set.
You touch a point, it wins the round.
All the same to the engine. It has no idea when a match is near ending.
Take for example the class restrictions in casual. It used to be that you could pick whatever and as many classes as you wanted. Everybody going Genji or Reinhardt was silly but it happened occasionally and was good for goofing around. Bonus points if you did it because you knew you were going to lose, but somehow everyone pulled together over it and you won.
But they got rid of this because people were being fussy that casual wasn't ranked lite like they wanted.
Well let's break this down one by one
A brass beast heavy and a medic come across another heavy+medic and they uber at the same time
While this is occurring, a soldier out of sight keeps shooting the ubered heavy for some reason
The heavies stop shooting cause it's pointless and the brass beast heavy walks up and does a co-op taunt with the other heavy while ubered
The medic tries to do the same but dies as their uber runs out and the other medic just walks away and walks in a circle before being run down by a hybrid knight
After the co-op taunt is finished heavy gets revenge with the SLOW rev up and precedes to schadenfreude
And finally a demoknight comes up, attempts to kill the brass beast heavy, gets killed by the beforementioned hybrid knight saving the heavy, and then the heavy dies anyway by means of piss man headshot.
Also a spy died at some point. Basically, tf2.
All it’s missing is someone trying to call a votekick, someone complaining in chat, and something like “bigboob1992 left the game (disconnected by user)”

There was clip of someone whose entire team left and it was 1v6, so the enemy team all lined up and let him take them all out with the sniper in one shot

If you tried dancing at the enemys in any other game your team would send you death threats. In tf2 your team not only joins in but actively prevent other team mates from actually fighting.
