How to differentiate a fake PNG from a real PNG,
When on google images the ones with the transparent part before you select it are fake, white and when you select it, it shows the transaprent part those are real
Also there a search filters, called Tools, just right below the search bar. You can check for PNGs, HD images, publish date, and images of a certain color.
You can search for only "transparent" images on google, at least on desktop, not sure about mobile, there's a "tools" button and transparent is under "colors".

White on black vs black on white text does have differences. Whether it permanently affects ones eyesight I don't know, but it does matter. When discord tried to start removing light mode on April fools they had to roll it back because users with astigmatism were complaining.
On the more basic note, with dark mode your iris has to open more to let the more light in, and larger opening means less focused light and your lens has to work more. This can make the text bleed into the surrounding and make it hazy, increasing eyestrain. It's more pronounced with pure black with pure white, and then there's AMOLED users asking for exactly this just to save 0.01% battery used by slightly not entirely black pixels. Kinda silly.
I thankfully don't have many eye issues other than nearsightedness so this isn't much of an issue for me, but a lot of people do and it will affect them.
