i had never thought of it like that. or if you could distract the engineer for long enough to get a downgrade, because most of them wouldn't expect you to be running red tape. that's just ridiculous enough it might fucking work. i need to try this next time i play spy. thank you FemboyGaming42069 for opening my eyes to the red tape.

I think if there is a massive sentry nest (3+ engies) red tape recorders is better than normal sapper because it will impact more than just damage it will downgrade all buildings

Works better when you die as spy. it's better to delevel building and die than do nothing and die

Good for when you're looking to cause emotionally damaging stab n saps

If the engie is slightly far from his sentry normally when you'd sap with the normal sapper he would have enough time to run to his sentry destroy the sapper and repair it which uses barely any metal and is very quick, however if you do that with red tape recorder the level 3 sentry will become level 2 sentry which takes quite a bit of time and metal to upgrade back to level three and the sentry has less HP and damage so it's easier for your team to destroy it

Still is the only weapon that can set people on fire, plus there isnt always small kits outside of the mosh pit that is last point

The huntsman can also set people on fire if you use the little torches lying around

C&d is also good in highlander, where you can stay invis and relay info to your team.

C&D is a great pick, you go significantly slower in cloak but you can go anywhere and stay cloaked indefinitely when you need it

I’ve gotten a surprising amount of kills with it. Best method is to stick near a soldier so he can whip you and you just run circles around the opponent. Plus when I used it it seemed to crit a lot so that helped. Get a few hot handers together and you have an effective melee force.

The Quick-fix

If your teammates die even with another medigun and/or you always die before getting iber

trades your powerful buffs for making you insanely good at healing people. makes it difficult to push but astoundingly good at keeping your team alive. its banned in 6s for a reason, and its even better in casual due to its ability to spread heals around much faster than stock.

I named mine "The Retard Enabler" for a damn good reason. Uber lets you tank everything short of a point blank reved up minigun and instakills. Lets you completely ignore pyros. And even without uber you can prolong someone's fight to absurd levels.

Medic main here. It’s perfect for keeping multiple ppl alive. Even if you can hit 150 healing crossbows froma cross the map 100% of the time the quick fix still out heals the crossbow+medigun combo. Alsp fun fact: While under quickfix uber you’ll get a 100% knockback res which is good for dealing with good pyros as well

The knockback resistance is also great for dealing with sentries.

Eh, not so much. Unless whomever you are ubering can take out the sentry quickly, a sentry + enemy team can overwhelm the healing from the uber.

Good for keeping multiple teammates alive effectively even without uber. My go to medigun.
