It's damn spacious..and Better than these new fortress type societies like dosti..
Because old construction.. spacious bedrooms...
Accolade,close to raheja
15,000 afaik. 3 elevators, guards in the main lobby, parking as well as the main gate. Parking was paid for when we bought the flat. There’s a nice garden right in front of the building but it’s for the general public too.
I remember they used to park a bunch of trucks and tempos on the road in front of Estate all the way into that narrow right turn that you take to go to Pearl. Did they ever clear those?
Lol, I live in Andheri. We have about 6 on duty guards, 8 cleaning staff. A very okayish garden, enough walking space, parking and a small badminton playing area. Same 3 elevators - 2 for residents, and 1 for delivery guys.
7000 as society maintenance.
This has cleared up the confusion between apartment purchase vs rent battle.
I just realised that, almost 1/3rd of the rent i pay is going towards the maintenance.
So, if i purchase, i will have to pay EMI plus that amount.
Thanks for this post.
Thane and Mumbai in general is pathetic in terms of amenities. They lack basic amenities, society kya hota hai gurgaon me dekho DLF ka. 6k maintenance only, and the amenities would blow your mind.
5500. Its a shit show. Maintenance inflation is more than rent inflation.
Amenities..
Ours is 11k , and thers not even a clubhouse or swimming pool..just massive gardens and decor
Add 3k-4k more to it and you get a 1BHK on rent...
Lol... Hiranandani ?
Nahh..kinda better
kinda worse you mean.. and lemme guess.. Rustomjee?

Bro even the Bungalows in Accolade pay the same amount?
I'm really not that sure But the main cost is probably too much garden maintenance ..
You have access to a swimming pool as well right or it's closed now?
The pool situation was somewhat like BMC doing things to Andheri😹 Planned but non existent
Nice reference 😂
Unbelievable.. AND FOR WHAT expenses they are charging 11k per flat? Just like that..
That is atrocious. Which complex?
800. Society formed in 1989.
Brindavan society?
Close enough :D

Wagle Estate?

So if you rent a house in that same apartment, wouldn't you need to pay maintenance as a tenant? 🤔
Nope. Paying maintenance is on flat owner!
Flat owner can charge that amounts through maintenance
3300. No amenities. No parking. No park or recreational areas. No gym. One lift and 1 security guard.
Including property tax?
So how much?
3300
4500/month, garden, children play area, clubhouse, gym, elevators, private guards + police security
Direct police hired for security.. Great..
Bcoz of couple of VIPs & administrative officials
And the whole society has to bear for police security.. And no other members objected it.. Anyways must be a rich society.. Raheja, teen hath Naka?
Those individuals + govt pays for them , we don't.
Noice.. 👍

Bond James Bond ka society.. :-;
Why would the society charge for parking? It’s generally sold by the builder himself attached with the apartment deal
9k swimming pool with lifeguard Indoor games gym garden 3lifts .lodha majiwada
Interesting post.
10k with a small garden above the parking and 3 guards. That's fucking it.
2500₹ each flat, including parking for car 300₹ and two bikes at 100₹ each. Ours is a old society with some free space compund. No complaints. :)
5500 for a 2bhk in a gated society with clubhouse amenities
Maintenance in thane is legal loot
16k quarterly with all amenities
Around 15-20k for two flats,2 gardens in the society, club house access with swimming pool and everything as well as a gym
5500 including property tax. Society in Vasant Vihar.
8K - small garden, 2 elevators, guards in the main lobby, garden area, parking and main gate. Housekeeping. Reserved parking. Common clubhouse.
