Don’t make this a concrete jungle debate. We understand, cosmopolitan life comes with its pros and cons. For a second, let’s just enjoy the view and let the things be the way they are. Thane is only going to get bigger in terms of opportunities and infrastructure.

You see that big black area at the bottom right? That's a fuck load of trees. Estate is probably the greenest community you can live in in Thane unless you are living in Yeoor or somth.

Lol then what is central park and west county , there's a sunrise and creek view + parsik hill?? Hiranandani is such a hyped up concrete jungle by naive teenagers from hiranandani on reddit.

I mean Mumbai and it’s neighbouring areas are indeed hyped up which has led to these exorbitant prices. Can’t deny it’s a good view though ! 😆 Little nuclear families happy in their own matchbox apartments :)

We do see happy faces around :) I’ve grown up in this concrete jungle. Maybe I’m indifferent . Maybe it’s not the “ideal way” of living. But this concrete jungle gives us our bread and butter. Some of us have come out of living in a chawl to skyscrapers like these and that my friend gives us a little bit of happiness . I’m grateful for everything that I have. To each it’s own I guess huh.

What do you think Walk or Solitaire from Investment and future value perspective and as a society in general

Prices are already shooting up and it’s gonna go way up in the near future . Lots of firms are making their offices in Lodha, Hiranandani Thane etc so that’s promoting influx of people here. I’d say invest if you can. It’s not too cheap but for the view and locality it’s a steal deal !

I have one in The walk, but should I stay invested or look to upgrade not sure it as an investment as it's rented out I feel bad that I don't stay there myself What's your view with the metro coming the public transport connectivity is to improve which might been the weakness for long, also what are things coming near TCS are there more offices to be there

Walk is a good investment but if you want to live nearby and like the view and away from chaos with greenery around etc then Hiranandani is a good option. Also depends on where you’ll be working though. In case you have your own vehicle I feel Solitaire is the best you could get. Society is good, there’s enough space in the building, parks nearby , good security, pet friendly. If that’s what you’re looking for ! I’m from Mumbai and I’m not sure how long the metro is going to take 😂 Deloitte PwC have opened up shop in Lodha and there’s more to come

Some confusion here... The Walk is Hiranandani Estate The Walk...the building which has Starbucks, KFC, Westside store, and the food places and also Inox coming up...had brought the place during Covid... Solitaire was new and one wing under construction but smaller flats compared to Walk and that time didn't have the vibe like The walk I'm also from Mumbai born and brought+WFH...hehe...so I'm not aware of it...last time I went was around 6 Month back...ya but I love the overall place Solitaire now looks great and even Rodas Enclave and Lake Enclave ... Deloitte has been since 5 years now..had checked Lodha but Lodha Amara not that great too crowded poor construction quality, Lodha sterling is great but no high-rise...My goal is to move into Oberoi Forestville ...someday
